It definitely sounds like Lana. At 0:05 it kind of sounds like "they way I touch you it burns" but that's all I can make out. Is it possible to filter it? I want her to do more movie soundtracks, or at least write more cinematic songs. It feels like so long since she's done one. I would die if she did a James Bond theme song. Imagine if she sang this:

Her vocals don't sound as filtered but I feel like that was just the aesthetic she was going for. I think it's more comparable to Heroin, both vocal wise and production wise. If Heroin was in a lower sound quality they would sound pretty similar.

But how do we know it was a demo? It doesn't sound unfinished to me.

I'm on board with psychedelic rock. I would love a mix between Ultraviolence and Honeymoon. Maybe something closer to Freak but with UV-type instrumentals.

I'm just hoping she never releases a song with trap beats ever again.

In my opinion Born to Die has some of her best produced songs and Lust for Life has some of her worst. Born to Die has masterpieces like Off to the Races, Video Games, and Carmen and then you have Lust for Life with Summer Bummer, In my Feelings, and Coachella.

It's always hard for me to pick favorites but my top 3 are Lust for Life, Cherry, and WTWWAWWKD. As far as least favorites I usually skip Summer Bummer to Coachella.
