I agree. And that's the point I was trying to make above. Women in first world countries don't realise how good we have it. Sure, there is still more to be done, but it's not like we get our clits cut off or forced into marriage as young as 12.

Well it's not like women get acid thrown in their faces like women in third world countries do. Or the fact that they have to wear long clothing that covers their face. Or that they can't be in public without a man.

I feel like I'm gonna get ripped to shreds for this. But... I do partly think Lana suddenly being into feminism is a marketing ploy. Well, not necessarily marketing, but let's be real. I don't think Lana has really been into feminism. I think the reason why she's coming forward with it is because of the backlash she received after the whole "feminism doesn't interest me" mishap and I think she's trying to change her ways, not because she 100% cares about feminism, but because she's playing it safe with the fans, media, critics, pretty much everyone. I'm not saying people can't change their ways, but I don't really buy it.

Feminism isn't as bad as it is in third world countries, but it still matters. More can be improved to reach true equality.
