    This thread is for minor questions about Lana, but to answer your question yes, several xenophobes, racist and other types of bigots on here love her :) too many to @ tho

    does anyone else really love Blaire White? I feel like even saying this is gonna get me a lot of hate

    but its so hard not to agree with her after watching her actually make amazing points.

    hey, you! yeah you! if you're anything like me, you're probably wondering, "Why didn't Miss Ellegend Yelich-O'Connor sing the pre-chorus before the second chorus on her new song?" well, now there's a solution for that! if you click the link attached below, there is a version of "Perfect Places," the second official single off of Lorde's sophomore album Melodrama due out June 16th, that includes the pre-chorus before the second chorus. this version was made by yours truly. enjoy!

    Thought we were getting a retro-futuristic record, then thought we were getting a thematically witch-y record.... then I thought we were getting a politically aware flower child record with Sean Lennon and Stevie Nicks.... then I thought we were getting a "beatsy acoustic" record.... and now.... now, my friends, I don't know what the hell we are getting but regardless I know the good sis will deliver and snatch my weave when July 21 comes

    Just wanted to let you know that this is the first believable fan-made tracklist and cover art I've seen in a while. The titles you came up with yourself are actually believable and I love love love the cover. You're so talented x <3

    After my third listen I actually started to get a little emotional about this one! I think it'll be a nice summation of the record. It really reminds me of high school and college and everyone going out and getting wasted & avoiding their problems. Very youthful and relatable for a lot of teenagers! I like that it's very reflective. 

     

    No closer will ever beat A World Alone though

    If I wanted to get into their music, which album should I listen to first? Thanks!

    Okay, I'm gonna make you a little playlist of my favorites! 

     

    Listen to:

    1. Taro (my personal favorite, and one of their most powerful songs... makes me cry sometimes lol)
    2. Adeline (their newest single and quickly becoming a favorite of mine!)
    3. Breezeblocks (one of their more popular songs, it's pretty good)
    4. Left Hand Free (another popular one!)
    5. Every Other Freckle  (the lyrics are so funky and the production is stellar)
    6. Tessellate  (another very popular one like Breezeblocks)
    7. Dissolve Me (a feel good song!)
    8. Nara (would recommend listening to this once you've already gotten into them, another one of my favorites)
    9. Ms (reminds me of summer, kind of like Dissolve Me)
    10. Dancing In The Moonlight (a great cover)
    11. Hunger Of The Pine (one of my favorites, a classic! Miley Cyrus is sampled in this one ahahaha)
    12. Something Good (another classic, one of my favorites as well)
    13. The Gospel Of John Hurt (cool production and interesting lyrics)

    Also Bloodflow Pt. I and II are both great songs about a time one of the band members got mugged. 

     

    Edit: oMG I am thinking about the lyrics and story behind Taro and it is def. my favorite. Look up the story behind it!
