  1. I zoned out but hm. I wonder how more of her poetry’s going to factor into all of this
  2. So sum up, conversational, her management says that it’s amazing/good? is there anything else atm?
  3. I hope she has a diana ross/ rapunzel hair moment/ photoshoot
  4. bittersweet? that's a huge clue, manifesting more hints
  5. happy 4th, this thread needs a break but also, still manifesting
  6. Ive been listening to it for hours since release day im not even kidding its too good
  7. what if she's in the car, and the castle's within the framed window view for the cover.
  8. when u really think about it, post-honeymoon, it seems like her music's been more engaging outwardly. lust for life was explicitly made for the journey of hers with her fans aka us and other fans. nfr, a great reflective narrative w lots of parallels, cotcc her sisterhood, and then back to bb like a regaining or reclaiming of self, but still more fixated towards her public perception. i think it's a bit strange that a majority of listeners keep referencing the older 3, maybe partially for early brownie points idk, but since lfl, her music's been made to be listened to from a more immersive pov, where lfl has it's hopes, nfr, lessons and warnings, cotcc reflective of the property of transition and changes, to blue banisters, meant the most to feel like a ghost. simply put, and i'm not sure many others might've thought about it, or even brought it up before is that, past the straightforward sounds that came from her more self-albums, her immersing and having more of a conversation w current times actually shows much growth in her artistry that a lot of people seem to overlook. this in tandem w the fact that she didn't mind it when she loses fans in that one awkward monica bellucci inspired shoot interview, it makes total, straightforward sense. i like to very much think that lana knows this as she creates, bc the times can be reflective of current society, which makes it feel ironic but also fitting w how it's being interacted with. i'm a big advocate of understanding the feel, and i attribute her artistic choices as such/ and possibly her trusting her own past work might be an indicator of things, but apart from her part reputation for being lazy, for the most part i do think she hears what her audience does say, it's just that for me, at least my theory's been that her music's taken more of a broader approach and intentions to that of a more immersive effect that compliments the album's themes. personally, i understood btd's hustle and drive, not much of an angry person, but understood uv's despair, paradise's viceland, honeymoon's mystique, and lfl's hopes for a generation and more. but post that, like nfr's tragedies reflective of a society gone more towards selfish but not of the self, cotcc's need for freedom, and bb's healing. the latter album's at least for me, have been more profound and impactful. of course i'll always be open to her revisiting some of her past devices, but i'm completely content for the most part, for how her music's been. it's kinda interesting how much of it's been hitting close for me, but it also just makes me think that bc i might be more readily understanding and knowing of it, it being more relatable, it comes a bit comforting to know that she's also growing and sharing/ developing with her audience. i do wonder when her more vanity project album might cycle in, and that it'd fit w a renewing of self from bb's deconstructing of public persona, and how that might sound like these days.
  9. u think her team gets to listen to her music while they're glamming her to match up w the sound?
  10. Sheridan was like the last reliable ish tease so bc of that im gonna just trust all hairdressers at this point i envision them divining news thru spraying hairspray and aligning clues from the chem particles what does it say fashion mane stylist fashion give us a news goodie yes
  11. i wonder if she's gonna make some kind of album visual w the location. it'd be a stark contrast if she had some garden/castle visuals from all the car covers, but she could also have a car in it as well i don't wanna get hyped what does it mean
  12. i'll be honest and this might be construed etc. on here, but personally, i'm alright with the current downtime. she's been releasing tracks with collabs every now and then since bb, which was something I personally preferred until, so i'm taking a guess that pattern'll show that til we get something about her own work. the downtime's alright, we got watercolor eyes and the fjm cover. i've been listening to bb and violets and it's been pretty calm. i hope we just get a single drop with a little bit of promo thru posts and a mv later down the line, post a buzz single. a trailer would be happily received. i'm team snippet, i'd want to hear something if even for 15sec etc w promo. seeing as how this thread's been for a number of pages, it'd be really great to break the dry spell. as if it exactly worked like that, but wouldn't it great, so manifesting something
  13. idk i'd be pissed too if i was insulted for creating something of myself on my own and being called so n so, to then influencing the mainstream/ sound and them getting praised for it and being forgotten and pushed back, with little to no recognition for a great part. i'm sure there's more to how it works but they took her wave and claimed it as their own when they were shitting on her before. i am very much glad other artists are praising her, but to have that on you starting out, she shouldn't've had such a tougher time breaking thru when other less seasoned artists were basically just getting their fame for being able to be marketable. good on her for pushing thru.
  14. glittergate, lust for lisa, the mike dean wfwf fire crackle fiasco, the COCC thread COCC jokes, life is beautiful actually leaking
  15. i think part of the beauty that is blue banisters is the carrying hollow that's found in the overall atmosphere and production of the entire album. i think it has a great capacity to hit harder for those who didn't have the sweetest of starts and the emptiness that others might've not really understood/ can't connect with, is a great representation of finding beauty and value in even the tragedy of wanting to reach the bare minimum of calm. i think after the theorized tiredness she's lived thru nfr carried to a need for a breath of fresh air that's chemtrails, to the looming return of uncovered personal topics that the album shyly and subtly shares, it's an intergenerational album that has a great capacity for nurturing those that need it. i think it's a powerful thing that deserves a little more understanding at least. and it's literally amplified more, past and after the spinning thru the journey of the world's stage. it's a great measurement / ref point. w how tnbar was altered a bit to portray more layers of an unhealthy attachment with a twist of sarcastic retorts, the unreleased tracks do have a role of fulfilling the motives of regret, anguish, hope and dreaming that make total sense with the rest of the album's world. it might not be everyone's cup of tea, but i personally take it as a great big deal of the opening up of her world like this. u wouldn't spit on a person that u saw was going thru it/ sad. and how can u be trusted w more if u can't at least appreciate what u already have now first.
  16. woman had me crying about parts of stairs let's be honest i still get emotional about this album forever a soft spot for u bb wtf but actually i love it
