I've had a really long day and too lazy to post pictures but my Mariah's Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel white 2x LP came in. wanted it a long time and now I have it ahhh ok peace

personally think its the vocal layering, and the slow marching pace combined w the repeating structure and it reminds me of a slowed down 80s song: her voice sounds similar to how the synths would sound but of course, it's her voice. listen to the synths: or: gives it that spook factor. regardless, the synths on Maniac would blend really well w the title track for a spook remix imo. just gotta match the tempos

I like running to the track before the sun comes up, that and at night. there's something about the quiet focus that lets the track build. LMLYLAW's like a snowy day in the countryside. a perfect setting for me'd be some kind of snowy coast where the wind is cold and the sun's peeking through the curtain of clouds. not hot, but a soft glow. that dull, or tumultuous grey against the colorful sky lit by a setting/covered sun. yeah

I know what you mean. For me, I get early morning vibes, twilight. cold mist before the sun comes up. maybe what they might mean to say is that the album's kinda like when the sun shines thru the overcast and it looks like the heavens are shining on you. bc that. would be glorious.

I seldom watch music videos bc personally, I like envisioning things in my head but. it's completely symbiotic btwn the video and song. I haven't been excited for any kind of mv like this in a while
