Not to take anything from anyone else, but if this were some sort of exec decision btwn Ellish and Lana, I checked the album out, and I don't know why both albums couldnt've been released at the same time (theoretically). The tone of the record that was released stays basically the same, and is almost as if eclipsed by the production of it rather than anything else. I read it as some kind of long elevator ride when you've just woken up to get some kind of hotel breakfast. Ellish has some kind of vibe to her, which is great, some of her tracks are pretty nice to vibe w in certain situations, but aside from the fanfare, I'd want to know why NFR couldn't have been the warmer of the duo to be released this day as a kind of contrast. I actually had a dream, she was in her strawberry blond tour outfit, except her hair was dark brown, and she was crying while on stage bc she mentioned how it was real difficult for her externally and internally to release the record. I mean, for shit, we don't know anything, but it was real heartbreaking to even dream about, her voice was cracking and stuff.
