From what we've heard so far, I really do think she's adopting the California culture lifestyle, the valley, the railroads, the grittiness of it, skate parks, industrial sites. It all seems so rural, and I've been personally waiting for her to revel in that kind of atmosphere, bc it can all seem so bleak, but there's a kind of beautiful quiet to it all, and is real easily painted by the skies during various times of day. I remember how fun it was to just drive there, listening to Mariah Carey's Butterfly record, windows down all loud, while fourth of july fireworks would bedazzle the sky, it would've been boring af, unless u made something of it, and it felt so freeing Couple this how that kind of life is close to the sea, and u easily get Long Beach vibes that I fucking D I G. Subject matter, or intimacy more of a forefront, dressed in that sort of world my god. It might just as well be another new addition to the list of favorite album spheres I'll be able to hear when she releases it. It's almost as if heavy having to deal w the absence of the record, but I know it'll so b worth itttt

Well, actually, I favored more of a pale pink nd even a bit of a lavender shade. Coral seems the most classic tho, totally missed the opportunity for lavender for LFL.. The translucent green kinda jusr reminds me of my microwave disk that’s why I never bought one for myself.. Dark green’s a powerful color, symbolizing wealth, health and is a bit regal imo. Doesn’t really reflect intimacy all that well, and let’s be honest, unless u live round north Cal, it doesn’t come to mind as much as a surf or rock color.. whereas coral can reflect something of a groovy, beachy vibe versatile for both spring and summer. Dark green reminds me too much of those hymn books they’d have in cathedrals, two cents

I'd actually love that feeling, same as it went for UV and HM, just going to the beach and waiting for the day to sink in and revel in all its drama, but consider me selfish this instance, but we wouldn't really have to wait that long and listen to the record then if we'd gotten it earlier than that..just saying.. I get the feels, but same goes for releasing the record one beautiful Spring morning, after the rain when the clouds are still in the sky, all healthy and picturesque. while a breeze whistles on by, and how warm, and fiery the sunsets are when everything's blanketed in this glorious orange natural filter of light. Browns turn to purple, blues to aquarmarine, green to hazel. Just - it'd be considered a lot more classical, to me at least, if it were released in the spring w all that happening, to ur theory Released at the earlier part of summer: ringer tees, skateboards, chilllin outside w ice cream cones, visiting record stores and just being w people. End: industrial sunset vibes, the skies are grey with peaks of gold whenever they break. California culture and all that. I totally get how that meshes w everything. I just personally, wouldn't want to have to wait any longer than we have If we got to break in the record during spring season, by the end of summer, we'd be truly contemplative and more likely to be fully aware of it in a more holistic big picture kind of understanding,two cents

Same w the surf rock influences. We've already heard MAC and VB, and if u count the latter, then that's already 2 surf-ish tracks. HiaB sounds a lot more dramatic, and Cinnamon sounds warped but sweet.. Hope is a dark solemn moment, and HtD sort of lingers off from that. IYC seems to linger off HiaB I'm kinda glad how people are speculating how the release might be like High as Hope, had theories that the record would b similar to Troye Sivan's Bloom, 11 tracks, get what we mostly heard already, and then have a solid, but shorter record.
