I get what ya mean. And idk if it were ever to happen, I'd hope the tracks were cohesive still to one sound, and a similar background vibe all w ine another. And the latter actually seems like a great idea. Might've been not too long ago, but what got me excited about the Lfl era was the feeling that she might've released an unreleased b-sides album with it, as a kind of celebration to her career. Maybe got too carried away with the title of it, and well, the seemingly lack of cohesiveness of the album would've been the perfect opportunity to fill the era further w all those tracks. Two cents

This is gonna seem totally random but I've been reading the past few pages about the other releases, and I mean they're already there, so hey that's great. But, I do understand the weight of the tracks being released officially, getting it out to the public, being able to have an official collection that you could play, maybe even on vinyl. I mean instead of like thinking about which we want ot whatever. How would Lana be able to release her unreleased tracks w/ style? As in, an artistic decision, w/o making it seem like a cash cow or something? I mean there's the poetry book, maybe she can release it around that, separately of course, but then NFR is coming out. A career anniversary maybe? Something cute, so like a minor holiday, like Valentine's day? How would u bridge the unreleased track album to where Lana's at, career-wise?

Yes!! solemn, and a bit fragile, the song's beautiful. Every time I hear her sing "how to disappear" it just reminds me of "you got away, didn't you babe" from The Chelsea Hotel No. 2 I was getting confused looking for the song and there it was.

Deffo, VB's beautifully nuanced, I dislike the single covers, but can't deny that they go along w/ the sound of the tracks.

How To Disappear 11. Leaving room for everything else. Not to join in on the Yosemite bandwagon, bc let's all think for ourselves, but I'd really hope that Yosemite can make an appearance in all of this. It seems to be fitting the happier atmosphere that we've heard so far, less HtD, and it fits that north CA beach vibe. Holding out hope but it's real thin

Ok but yo, I wonder why she's been teasing so many tracks as of late, especially when the release is still months away. I want to say a January release might be responsible, but that's only if everything's been done. I'm glad we don't know much about NfR til, but if the release is already close, at the very least roughly 2 months, would an official release date be something we'd b getting pretty soon?

Not to sound like a bitch or anything, but I'd rather have something fresh. No leftovers from past eras etc. I think every album deserves that at least. Maybe she can release older songs as standalone songs, but I'd want NfR to be something that we've really never already heard before. I mean there are deluxe versions, but yeah hope the main record is all new

I think I get what you're saying, like how soft it is maybe, but I actually always sort of tied Get Free's chorus with "Last Christmas" idk, it just sounds so similar to me

I think it might be the pacing, the snare drums, and the synths, the sound and even progression of it, like solid note notes, transcending up like it does at the BoY chorus. The sub-jazzy vibes too and crazy enough, I actually think that Sylvia sounds more like a somber version of that Cherry Blossom snippet we got waaay back before.

I def get the lullaby, surfy vibes, and the bridge is still so heavenly but I think the pace of the song might mismatch when it comes to NfR. If anything, if she re-releases it, I think it'd be a good idea to really bring out the oceanic feel of the song too imo

I started just signing this out loud soon as u mentioned it. I actually wouldn't mind this as a b-side release I remember when we were grilling Lana to release the Cherry vid with the Gucci campaign she was doing at the time. Hope the same doesn't happen for the NFR's "Cherry"
