  1. I'm all for an EP sounding like Change, but I hope the momentum builds through it. Idk about an entire album like it sonically. I wonder how it'd be paced. I'm looking at these songs for something similar to the album: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3UUuUClMi4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_eJkETkfdSg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nMO5Ko_77Hk
  2. I mean from what we know so far, I think so too yeah. I'm just wondering if it's gona be an EP, or something longer. I mean, after lusting for life, she's found her happiness (somehow) and is reflecting on it? I just hope she's making that album about that happy place she was talking about. Like a lighter Paradise
  3. So what do u think she'll name the album off of?
  4. For me, the LFL era was the first era that I basically got to share with my friends in pieces, and we'd drive around looking for the Love posters, the (Young and In) Love mini era was amazing. Waiting for the record, through dates on magazines, and finding out about July 21st fam, was death on here (magazines were still beautiful). Then came out more magazines, festival performances, and shows, the roll out of music videos. I honestly don't think that I'll be leaving this album any time soon. It's been new, but at the same time, it carries a lot of significance for me, and well it doesn't seem to be leaving any time soon. Lust for life, it's been a hodgepodge of an album, but somehow still connects, and I can appreciate that. I'll be listening to my fave tracks on it, driving out to somewhere hot, with the windows down, feeling the dry air while the scenery changes. I wonder how that's all gonna change when she releases something new.
  5. ^ I mean, I love how her lyrics can kinda just confuse her audience if you really aren't listening to the words, but a lot of her music has heated wrath to it, so that's just pretty controversial in and of itself. Cola, Paradise, basically Ultraviolence and others. So for me, it's ok if the videos aren't as controversial, so long as the music gets to dance and weave itself its story through the visuals. I mean SOC had guns, and her with Mark Mahoney in it, daddy issues, which is pretty revealing if it's something you're not used to, but it was curated and made beautifully as if it existed all along. I really think that she does the videos to kind of just relay or echo what the music's saying (like yeah forsure more so than others) in a diluted way as of late to make it more interpretive to connect to the audience, but sometimes writing something about it, and sharing it through film doesn't exactly equate the same frequencies in intensity, either one or the other, bc then that'd just be overkill imo
  6. Lana could just dance around her mirror closet, changing her looks, doing her hair while the sunlight beams through. I'd be ok with 3 minutes of that for the vid atp
  7. Honestly tho, first time I heard the snippet, and looking thru the refs and links from the OP, I immediately thought of Lisa Franks, race cars, and LSD.
  8. Same! Tho, as much as I love BP, I kinda wanna know how she was gonna go with the alternate version of the track, the lyrics bout being in yellow sun just won my interest
  9. AHAHAHAHAHA I laughed harder than I should've but! Same tho Because we're on the 800th page: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0IaHh-ZhCx4
