  1. I think a lot of people are just so dissatisfied with Lana because we all know how much potential she's got to truly be a modern-day cult legend of an artist. I honestly don't know anyone else today that garners such a healthy amount of fanatics, when it comes to her branch of music. And I know how much space she needs to create her art, I respect and empathize with that, but I have to agree with some of you that more intel and announcements would go so so far. In the meanwhile, we can still listen to her music to feed our glum moods like an ouroboros, and that's just how she gets you. Maybe that's like why some people don't know how to take in LFL, it's just new, even for her
  2. But James Bond is supposed to be the slick, suave daddy that's the thing. (The world is) truly missing out
  3. Obviously they don't want the track overshadowing the film with how brilliant it would be, they can't comprehend, so they then shy away.
  4. I hope there'll be a resurgence of the era when the vinyls arrive. If she doesn't do anything, I hope her tour gets dates and that she has merch. The record is wonderful as it is, but it's a waste of artistry if nothing else happens
  5. This is my first era actually on the site. Is it really? White Mustang better have beautiful ending credits --
  6. Title. From BTD, I'm pretty content with how her videos were chosen. I was thinking of OTTR, and Dark Paradise, but I feel imagination simmers the tracks well so it's all good. Paradise, I wish Cola had a music video. Las Vegas feel, psychedelic and lots of kaleidescope effects, and cherries. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LxYceZpTWaE Ultraviolence: I wished we got the Brooklyn Baby music video, and Money Power Glory. I was debating whether or not Old Money should get visuals, but if the video was home made, I'd feel it would be a lot better, like how the Honeymoon vid was. Honeymoon: I wish the Burnt Norton video had a home made interlude. and that GKIT and Salvatore had music videos. I loved her visuals on her IG, when she was riding in the tour vehicle. With Lust for Life, I'm hoping for another Tropico, a gay can dream, she can choose whichever videos she pleases. I hope Cherry gets a music video by itself, as well as War. I hope Tomorrow Never Came has an intimate, studio session based music video between Lana and Sean. ***Because I can be excessive, aside from being singles, of course I'd like a video to accompany it, but either singles with or w/o visuals, which would you like to have?
  7. Do you think Cherry will be a single? Will Summer Bummer get a video? There's just so much potential for the record to be a visual album. I wonder if she's going to premiere White Mustang's vid somewhere. Does anyone have any intel?
  8. Honeymoon's opening strings, and the bridge, where she sings each second line in it, the first two are the best. Her tone is so beautiful and sweet to listen to
  9. So what's everyone circle jerking about now? Where is the video?
  10. That girl's on thin ice. She betta not. I know she's clever and all, but more gimmicks from her would just feel so synthetic I can already hear the saran wrap On another note, I hope the video for WM has actually gotten finished.. when's the next full moon on a Tuesday?
  11. Looool at the HM era comment. I mean I get it too. I think it's because there was just less interest from the fanbase, and the videos didn't readily translate to the fans if that makes sense. I liked the videos, and the mv for the title track too. It was weird but still amazing to watch, it matched the mood of the track Same at freak tho. Same. I know what you mean.
  12. Hallelujah. On another note. I neeeed to have the heart shaped vinyl from UO. It's still something. I love her releases on there, the alternate covers always made me so happy
  13. The thing with the track is that it's both painfully vague and specific at the same time. I mean even if it might work, it's still all over the place of a track. I wonder if they'll have an even more over sexualized remix of it.
  14. I'm only now sorta actually happy that the vinyls are arriving late, this late month. I feel after I've gotten them, that the era would symbolically close. I hope I'm wrong tho
  15. I don't think I'm the only one who wishes her team would let her come up with another opus, like I know Lana's not the best actress, as she said herself before, but I mean, if she was compelled to create an album that was to help today, I'm pretty sure she'd be able to channel those emotions into her work through the videos bc it'd seem sicnere anyway. I'm not getting my hopes up tho. All I want for the video is to have those crisp visuals. I know length wise, the video can still be as good if it were short, but of course I'm hoping there'd b more, like even a song cameo somehow or something (from the same record) Shades of Cool was one of her best, to the very endframe. Love was amazing although I didn't really appreciate the rainbow filter for that time where the vintage kids were looking at the shooting star (I just didn't think it was the right shades put together to feed the timeless feel of the video), and Lust for Life would've been perfect if it weren't so hazy. I get the allure of the vintage veils, but having more of a modern sounding song, it would've been amazing if the video had less blur. Of course they played on the Hollywood sign, so I guess they didn't want it to look cheap Sci-fi so I'd get that too. The dancing, I loved it so much and disliked how short it was at the beginning. It was so cuteeee
  16. Yeah I think so. I was looking for the tracks on my iTunes and none of them would show up. I'm guessing we'll get them tmrw hopefuly Just now?
  17. Oh true! She could definitely work the space goddess, or intergalactic, past-the-frontier themes. Imagine how beautiful that would sound. It really just needs to be released soon, the actual definition of it. I think the super 8 styles was better for Honeymoon more than anything else. The whole faded Hollywood themes. LFL was actually nice to watch though. I agree tho, I'd want something crisp with her visuals. Never the same since BTD, but she still serves so we'll have to see til, well no one knows
