What if K was (David) Kahne? I just thought about it, he seems to be the only person in Lana's life that seems to have a name the starts with the letter K as far as I can remember.

I understand this is a Lana thread but we should agree not all of Lana's songs are perfect Y&B is an example, it is nice but is way to mess for me (and I usually take whatever she let's us hear), the production drowned out her vocals throughout the majority of the song except during the lyrics 'Will you still love when I'm no longer young and beautiful?' It is one of her hit or miss songS for me. Honestly overall I love Lana but Florence's soundtrack songs 'Breath of Life' and 'Over the Love' are actually are some of her best songs. I'm waiting for a few albums to be released late 2013 - early 2014 (Florence + the Machine, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Lana of course, Jessie J,Nicki Minaj and Natalia Kills). Stanning is a fully time job you know OTL > Y&B > my existence

Its fine and I love Lana but Florence has officially snatched her weave and is running with it!

Thank you for making this thread I don't honestly think the final edition of BTD could've made it onto AKA, some songs could pass like DTD, SS, NA, etc but some songs couldn't fit at all Without You & Lucky Ones. I also see Lana and Lizzy as 2 different entities inside of one person that create two different sounds and don't talk about the same expeieriences, similar to how I don't see May Jailer as Lizzy and definately not Lana. Whoever May/Lana/Lizzy/SJRQ/etc becomes next then I'm here for it. As long as screamo isn't next, I honestly want her to record with Florence Welch, Lady Gaga (jazz music like MDM) or Tony Bennet on his next album.

This is more of a thought than a question - What if Lizzy Grant released Born To Die and Lana Del Rey released LDRAKALG? What would they sound like?

I've heard Florence's song in full (and the snippet too) and so far it is a lot better than Y&B IMO. I adore Lana and she is one of my favorites (possibly top 5) but this seems like a boring song due to the snippet, maybe my opinion will change about this song eventually.

I love Florence's track and I wanted it to be the lead single, Y&B seems like it'll be decent but I don't really love it yet (mostly due to the intrumental). Maybe I'll love it in a few months.

My phone usually starts off the playlist very slow and it transitions into the higher energy songs towards the end. Riders, Lolitas, Lucky Ones or Carmens. I don't think LDR would be big enough for her to have a fanbase name yet just don't call us Gangsters, Americans (after her American themed songs) would also be a bad idea since the majority of her fans aren't Americans.

But Lana loves rap music, I'm personally NOT a huge fan of rap music (in fact I barely listen to it unless it's Eminem, Machine Gun Kelly or Kanye West) the entire thing in the song about calling Lana a bitch is irrelevant because the word bitch (in this song) is used as a term of endearment rather than as an insult, most rap music degrades women but this song seems to be for fun tbqh. Lana would definately collab with Em and A$AP if they offered her. I find the song quite catchy and cute (high school relationship way). We all can't love the same thing (like Pawn Shop Blues )...

Does anyone have a playlist that combines Paradise & Born to Die's tracklists into a huge body of music? I would love to hear what everyone comes up with.

If anything I'd LOVE to see the tracklisiting and to keep the cover art, it looks vert elegant.

Well I apologize I guess. I do have SOME of Lana's unreleased tracks - Born To Die, Born to Die - Demos, Sirens, Paradise, LDR AKA LG, Sparkle Jump Rope Queen, God Bless America and 26 other tracks. U understand that you've spent a lot of time invested in creating this album but sharing with other fans shouldn't be so abrasive to someone who actually appreciates your dedication & large collection of Lana tracks. You could've just said no thank you.

I don't hate it, it just seems boring compared to the rest of the Paradise songs (except Ride sometimes). I also count the other version of Yayo on 'No Kung Fu', I also think AKA Yayo fits more with Paradise, Paradise Yayo belongs on AKA Yayo. There are 3 official Yayo versions. I honestly hated Ooh Baby, GoGo Dancer,Ghetto Baby&Summer of Sam when they leaked but now I adore all of them. Blue Velvet is amazing, wtf O_o. I also love Damn You

It has been taken down recently and I wasn't able to download it. The covers are stills from the Bel Air video with Roman Numerals over the image, inbox me download links if that's available...

The Dark Paradise first demo shits all over the album version. I wish Lana would stop recording Yayo, it is okay to leave it in the past. If Radio, Without You & Lucky Ones were replaced by Kinda Outta Luck, Heavy Hitter & Hundred Dollar Bill/You Can Be The Boss then Born To Die would be perfect, they are the only thing holding back BTD. Yayo shouldn't have been included on Paradise, I'd adore Lana if she included Paradise,Live or Die,Noir,Boarding School or Hollywood's Dead and it wouldve strengthend the album. I'm also annoyed that she has leaked 100+ songs and I can't find them all. I'm guessing all of these are unpopular.

I'm going to be that ANOTHER vdersion of Yayo will be on Lana's next album. That's HER song lol, I don't understand WHY she has re-recorded this song so much.
