(i had just finished bioshock infinite when chelsea hotel came out and i saw it and i listened in the middle of the night and i cried for like two hours straight just lettin all the feels out omfg)

The pics made me think of Katy Perry's Teenage Dream video .. I wonder what they'll make of those takes ! Looking forward to it ! Basically, I have as much anticipation for a new Lana del Rey music video than for a new movie coming out ! It's a full cinema experience!  

From what I heard, the record company said that 'The Ocean' was too boring as a title, so she got a little pissed off, scratched out the title and just put Kill Kill.

I used to absolutely LOATHE the Sirens era music, I thought it was really dull. But then I gave it a proper listen and...wow. I much prefer it over BtD.

What? I don't get why you dislike BTD so much.

 

Number one for me is Born to Die. I just everything about it, the production, the story. There're songs I like less but I don't hate any.

Second is Paradise. It's beautiful and great addition to BTD.

Next AKA. Again it's really beautiful. My favorites are Kill Kill, Oh Say Can You See, Yayo, For K Part 2, Raise Me Up. I love its production by David Kahne.

Quiet Now / From the End / Sirens. They're all equal for me. I like the songs very much mostly because they're very personal. I can feel them.

I just feel that the lyrics from BtD are quite same-y and clumsy in comparison to her other older albums/unreleased stuff. I don't hate the album, I just feel that her other stuff is superior.

I just wish Sky and her label weren't so againat leaks. If they hadn't prosecuted that leaker, we could have potentially have a leaked collection near the size of Lana's.

Is there a topic anywhere which states which album each of the unreleased songs was intended for? I know we don't know the majority of them, but for example we know that Damn You was for BtD. Is there information anywhere which states which album the others were meant to be for? Thank yoi!

It wouldn't make any sense for it to be the UV tour, since she hasn't said a word about UV or any singles whatsoever. The fact that the promotional posters are using the Paradise photo implies she's going to be singing from Paradise & BtD, but might drop in some 'exclusive' UV songs too.
