Since we're so sparse with the news, I just thought I'd post it anyway

Chuck just posted the same photo as Lana on Instagram with the caption 'Scorpio x Gemini Collab'

AKA is definitely near the top for me. Her voice sounds so beautiful and the lyrics are just amazing.

I absolutely adore Sirens/From The End/Quiet Now too. These are the deepest lyrics I think she has ever written, it's a shame they were never released and she hasn't ever truly acknowledged this era.

Paradise was okay to me, I enjoyed the cinematic feel of it.

Born to Die was the worst album IMO. After listening to the others, I realised how much it pales in comparison.

I can't remember the link to the receipt of this (so If someone has that it would be nice), but I believe this is the story behind the name: At first the song had a different name. The producers or someone else high up wanted Lana to rename it, because the original one was too boring. She was brainstorming ideas, got fed up, and slashed out the original song title, then writing "Kill Kill" at the top of the page.

This is what I heard too, I think she called it 'The Ocean' originally, then was forced to change it as it was too 'dull'.

I don't think we really openly share this stuff because it's very personal and it's already bad enough everyone knows her Facebook account, sorry.

i've been listening to her music since around april-ish 2012, but it was only about a month or two ago that i seriously started to love her music

I didn't think the earthquake thing Rob posted was to do with the date?? I thought it was more to do with Rib basically saying how groundbreaking UV was going to be; similar to an earthquake. idk maybe I'm not looking into enough or something but that's what's I took

I love her laptop recordings so much. In some ways, I actually prefer them to Born To Die (the album).

ANYWAYS BACK TO UV DISCUSSION...

I'm not too sure if this has already been posted, but apparently Billboard said the following about UV:

'We can expect Lana Del Rey's next album to debut very high in sales here on the Billboard 200. We could possibly see a visual album from Lana, or possibly a film entitled Ultraviolence, telling a story of the whole album' and compared Lana to Beyonce in terms of visuals and artistry. The podcast in which they said this all is here.

Think she said in an interview that IBM could quite-possibly-near-definitely be the next single. 24 Hours and IBM could do so well, given the right promotion. Boys has a chance too, although it probably wouldn't do as well in the charts.

OUAD is so haunting and Lana really made that song 'her' way, so I voted for that. I love Y&B a HUGE amount, but I think the lyrics are a bit clumsy sometimes; 'Oh that grace, oh that body/Oh that face, makes me wanna party'.

I hope she doesn't pull a Beyoncé. I want to experience the suspense when she releases the tracklist and we guess what each of the songs are about. I want to countdown to when the singles and UV are released. Even though having to wait is so infuriating, I love the guesswork of things.

So I hope she doesn't pull a Beyoncé.

Stoplight De-Lite is absolutely adorable! Her voice is so cute and just awwwwww.

Blizzard, mostly for the 'I found a really cool belt' line.

Bollywood Hawaii for the laugh at the end.

Paris/Take Me To Paris. It's just such a sweet song.

The Video Games Demo just made me sad

So true! I think the Demo is so much more haunting and sad than the final version. Without all the theatrics and over-the-top stuff, it takes on such a darkly beautiful tone
