GUYS I FIGURED IT OUT so the photo neil posted on his story IS a new photo. it's just a flower bush in his garden. he just took it to look the exact same as the one in 2017. it has a similar aesthetic to honeymoon and lust for life. lust for life is similar to born to die in terms of some of the tracks instrumentals. the album in between honeymoon and born to die is ultraviolence... he is hinting that the album will be her rocky jazzy ethereal ultraviolence honeymoon-esque album with a fresh sound with cohesive sonic and visual elements just like those albums did
