The way this is basically the most official “final” tracklist we have bskdj. Might just be a random song order but tbh it does make sense as a tracklist. Having Bounce as the opener instead of the obvious choice (CTMP) is very her, the upbeat songs and slower songs are well spread out, GNO and GG next to each other, Taxi being separate (would be a cute closer tbh), etc.

I said this before near the beginning of the thread but her music really isn’t that similar to Lana’s. There are def little influences but that’s normal cause Lana’s literally one of the most influential artists of the 2010s. For example I do think her music’s Nicole Dollanganger inspired (not to an extreme point tho) and Nicole herself is inspired by Lana, so obviously that’ll translate in some way. But I wouldn’t say she herself is very Lana inspired. There are a lot of albums that have come out in the past years that I’ll listen to and think they’re obviously influenced by Lana, but Preacher’s Daughter isn’t one of them tbh.

Honestly at this point of her career I don’t think it’s that unrealistic for it to actually happen. The leak was def very rough for her but recently she seems to recognize more how this scrapped album is such an iconic part of her career and has been having more fun trolling her fans with it lol. I know this XCX World release conversation is very tired for many but I really haven’t ruled it out as a possibility yet. But also idk how it all would work in terms of legal mess so maybe I’m wrong idk

I’ve said it before but now is the perfect time for her to drop XCX World with the special shows coming up and her playing it before the CRASH tour shows and her contract with Atlantic ending and all. If it doesn’t happen now then I feel like we should all officially let go of the idea of it ever being officially released (at least not any time soon) bsjdjf it’s feeling very if not now then never
