April Fools, loves. My 2 new singles Henry, Come On and Has Anyone Else Died For You are out now. Henry is really something special I made with my new friend, Luke, 100 years ago, and am excited for you to hear even tho some of you ungrateful fa—ans can’t appreciate a simple song (I chose this) and then there’s Has Anyone Else Died For You which really well it’s a tough song for me to speak about so I’ll just let it speak for itself oh and be sure to protect your energy during this retrograde season loves it’s crazy out there and well I guess I’ll see you at stagecoach with some friends new and old like Nikki Dolly Sabrina Shania Orville and special appearance by Johnny Cash’s hologram love you lots also I was the first to say the industry was gone gone going country and look at it now. the album begins with the hum of the swamp - frogs croaking, cicadas buzzing, rain pattering against the swamp water. a low rumble of thunder rolls in the distance. slowly, the storm clears. the same exact bird from is this happiness is chirping, a wind chime stirs, golden sunlight filters through the trees. then - faint at first - footsteps crunch on gravel, coming closer and closer. a wooden box creaks open. the delicate chime of a lullaby music box twinkles to life, growing louder, pulling you in. and then: lilacs in my mind, all the time, are blooming beautifully. a new day has dawned on the swamp.

I'm excited for this. Eternal Sunshine was probs my favorite album of 2024.

My biggest fear is she goes radio silent again until the week of stagecoach and then releases Henry. I do have hope it’s coming this Friday but this woman has given me ptsd severely.
