This is actually one of the most memorable Lana quotes for me. After reading this thread, she has definitely done what she has said in that quote. Some of the comparisons mentioned are way too similar and I can't help but think that she has maybe gone a little too far in trying to be like her idols/role models? It seems like she is impressionable when it comes to the people who she admires. I've also seen quite a few photos of Priscilla when she was younger and I've noticed that Lana seems to have definitely took some inspiration from her (and not with just hair/make-up). Also, thank you for posting the following Jim Morrison quote. I really like it!

I got free tickets from the BBC to see them last year but my friend let me down sigh It was a special gig too, they teamed up with BBC Philharmonic (a big orchestra) god it would've been amazing. I really like them but I'm not really feeling their newest album... I like a few songs on it though. Maybe I should give it another chance...

I really love this video! The use of the 'vintage' clips was genius, that was such a good idea. Her dancing was quite sultry and just fantastic. If only she'd do a bit of that at her actual shows... I did think some of the camerawork was a bit dodgy though...

I just put my iTunes on shuffle and 'Tigerlily' came on. I'm now feeling really nostalgic! I used to be in love with Elly, she was so different to anyone I had ever seen. I loved the band's music as well, but I have a confession... even though I loved her so much, I only had 5 of their songs (In For The Kill, Bulletproof, I'm Not Your Toy, Tigerlily and Fascination). I never bothered to listen to the rest of the album and I don't know why. Anyway, I just listened to the full album on youtube and I am in love again oh wow I'm excited for their Coachella performance! They're doing a few warm up gigs in the UK but I don't have anyone to go with sigh
