Dua obv, Megan, and Lizzo were my personal favorites! I also really liked Taylor’s dress and mask combo. I’m normally not a fan of over-the-top ensembles, but it worked for her.

Like with all things Lana, I’ll believe it when I see it re: two new albums and this mysterious project. I love the new photos we got though Beautiful!

I'm really damn gutted for Dua. I was convinced this was her night. FN was like, a textbook model on how to execute a successful album. Visuals = cohesive and well thought-out. Sound and vibe = completely unique and Dua's own, and no one else in the mainstream is doing anything like it right now. She clearly worked hard to improve her dancing skills and stage presence and confidence. Despite COVID, she held a big virtual concert event with huge artists, put out a remix album, did good promo despite the weird circumstances with talk shows, etc., dropped singles consistently that were well-received by the public, and got tons of nominations...all to have the carpet pulled out from under her by an album that was dropped out of nowhere by an industry darling. I'm happy she at least got Pop Vocal Album. I hope she goes to sleep tonight truly knowing how far she's come and how proud we all are of her <3

These tribute performances are so good! Definitely doing their respective artists justice. I'm pleasantly surprised at how entertaining this year is? I feel like with the smaller crowd and the venue (or lack thereof) situation, we're getting higher quality performances. I'm not hating it like I thought I would.

This is hella morbid but this tribute part of the awards always makes me emotional because I think of how one day I'll see some of my favorite artists on that list

Taylor's legacy is undeniable but Dua neeeeeds to win AOTY it was the fun, upbeat album and era the world needed in 2020! A stripped down, laid back album like folklore winning AOTY for 2020 seems so expected and boring
