Some thoughts about Norman Fucking Rockwell...
I don't think the era has been messy at all - Lana stated from the first release that the album wouldn't come til 2019. Hope Is A Dangerous Thing... seems to mark the beginning of the campaign with another single coming soon, I imagine.
Mariners Apartment Complex and Venice Bitch will be on the record (the critical acclaim). They reference each other as well as the album title, Venice Bitch was also supposed to be the lead single.
I think that Happiness Is A Butterfly is going to be released as the next single (potentially marketed as the lead single?) and that's why it's been teased the most and was captioned as Norman Fucking Rockwell; almost like an introduction to the campaign - plus she has a music video to release for it. I don't believe it's been retitled or is the title track.
I believe the album will be released March 29th, Lana confirmed it was coming in early 2019 and she liked the tweet that confirmed March 29th.
I really like the cohesion of the record thus far; we'll have 11 songs minimum, however she was still recording in December (as well as scrapping the country songs) so I'm expecting more - meaning there'll likely be more experimentation and varied production. It's wrong to assume the album will all be piano ballads; I predict 3 at most.
The voice of reason, as always!

HIAB is the most watched snippet of every song on her instagram. Wouldn't surprise me if this is the lead single.

Thinking about the possibility of the record being nothing but mostly tracks with her and a piano and no proper melody, LFL sure does seem like a blessing of some sort.
I can tell you this much, if it is
Sorry Lana.
Totally agreed. Should have went in the direction of MAC and VB

This era is totally 3/3 for me so far. Usually I dislike at least one single before each album is released.

Hope > Venice Bitch > HTD (Live) > MAC
What's the tea ladies? What are your rankings of the songs we've heard in full?
Venice Bitch > HTD > MAC > Hope

we don't really know the title, it could literally be something like In Your Car, In The Backseat - I'm Your Baby
Ha, I know. Just dreaming because it's my favorite snippet

I'm 95% sure that In Your Car will be the lead single.
Video Games
Ride
West Coast
High by the Beach
Love
In Your Car
It just FITS

Oddly enough, controversy works for her: remember when Get Free charted because of the Radiohead lawsuit? The famous line might have drawn more attention to the song. And let’s not forget it is simply majestic and stunning.
MAC and VB could never, despite being the better songs!

it's been years since i posted something new but the "hope" cover is so tragic that i needed to make a new one. so i recreated one of sylvia's books covers for it.
I love this!!!

LFL is a stain on her discography tbh (of course there's exceptions like heroin, get free, cherry and 13 beaches)
replace 13 Beaches with Tomorrow Never Came, and you just served impeccable taste

ok so no more shitting on my face for saying i dislike “how to disappear” when all i see is hate on a song that deserves LOVE & PRAISE. In my feelings will always be that bitch and you will deal.

We just have to collectively laugh as we point our fingers in your face and bully you

I was being sarcastic in saying that everyone's offended in the future and you just got offended
Backtracking! But anyways, no I wasn't offended lol this is an online forum

Time to stop respecting your WRONG opinion now that you mention Coachella is "so much better"
