https://youtu.be/Tx3l5tAW-Yg discovered this the other day, was shocked completely as it was polarizing to her other material, I later found out some fan dm’d her about the song and said she hated it as she was in a dark place at the time. I went searching for more early material and found a lot of material from a YouTube fan account called Doji Doj, it seems while she was in development hell she was releasing CONSTANTLY in 2015. a true shame her old SoundCloud was wiped before anyone saved anything that might have went unnoticed (such as a lost demo or 2 etc.) and she took tons of old material off of her current soundcloud. The fact wayback machine is wiped clean from anything before August 2018 :skull: most of the songs are rough demos but I found a few gems. crazy to see her artistic evolution though!

2 weeks i'm pretty sure! We all know how fast she can work (I mean 24 hour album, N1A, pop2 like cmon!!!) I'm very excited to see where she's going with this, I mean BJ BURTON??!??! Wowww Also this is basically confirmation that this will all be NEW material so that's always exciting. I guess begging for x and y isn't possible anymore angels. Can she please switch to Twitch though, someone DM her

and that’s exactly why I’m putting faith into this upcoming R&B project, I still prefer her R&B material as her voice fits it way better, there’s a reason why Mickey and cloudbusting are the best songs on Y2K and that’s because they still have a small R&B sound in the track (and also because they’re older so probably from the r&b recording sessions)

That’s what she said but there were multiple versions of the album and the original concept definitely points to the Company teasers (her driving in her Ferrari in the desert blindfolded etc) and the No Drama original video also being in the desert was also a nod to this “original concept” however the years it took and all the sessions - R&B and Pop - along the way makes it very hard to know what was the true direction and the final project. I just think it’s worth mentioning that Ghetto Boy, Company teasers and No Drama solo video (which were all out of her own pocket and directed by the same guy) all had this similar aspect towards them and were all made in 2015-2018. Plus a lot of the Nightride tracks were registered early on
