they BOTH look like they know something we don’t, they were probably listening to lana’s yayo/bartender-esque magnum opus with rob’s masterful piano work, soft percussion, & hazy guitars right as they were taking this photo

Lanaboards Book Club (First Book Announced! Lolita!)
Dark Angel replied to American Whore's topic in Literature
i don’t know what i’d necessarily suggest bc i’ve been reading mostly through v.c andrews’ repertoire of books & i think they’re too extreme subject-wise & honestly objectively… not fine art, although i would be down for reading lolita, which is also quite disturbing, but it’s also a classic & could be a fantastic book for discussions, in general i’d say that i’m pretty open to anything as of right now, but i do have interest in horror books as well as general “classics” -

i don’t agree with this idea that the whole “fame is so awful & i’m the underdog” thing was planned or intentional, i highly doubt lana intended to have a bad SNL performance, or to have people completely disregard her music or her as a person because of a few plastic surgery procedures or the simple fact that she changed her stage name, she was clearly traumatized by these intial reactions & still had to deal with it with further controversies (the “i wish i was dead” comment, qftc, the body-shaming, etc.) i don’t think it’s fair to say that she has to deal with the consequences of these things, she doesn’t deserve to have trauma from her fame, & i feel like she should have the right to dislike fame without people telling her it’s annoying or that she shouldn’t complain, maybe people should’ve treated her better to begin with

OMG what app/website is this? this looks so realistic, i’m assuming it’s not wombo.art?

if this album’s lead single is “peach fuzz”, the lead single for the country will be “peach cobbler”, they’ll be sister songs!
