Lana arriving to Churchome in Beverly Hills, CA - February 26th, 2020
Dark Angel replied to kitschesque's topic in Sightings
right, but if anything he's using less hard stuff, if he was abusing something along the lines of heroin he would probably have a difficult time managing his career and his relationship, a drug like that effects a person deeply. i don't think lana is that kind of person to be using heroin just because her boyfriend is, i don't think she would do that. i highly doubt she's doing drugs. -

i don't think she looks like she's been using drugs, she's been sick and she does get filler. that would be really sad if she was but i highly doubt it. what drugs do you think she could be using? i just couldn't see her using stuff like heroin or meth, which will screw with your appearence. -
this is just my own opinion, but i feel like her lizzy grant days/aka era was when she was most geniune. she was different, she sang about her trailer park, coney island, and all of the things she found endearing, lemonade, gas stations, sparklers, streamers, she had her own aesthetic that came with her videos and music which i feel are very unique and unlike anything i have heard before. i feel like me and "lizzy" have a lot in common. i wonder if the the amount of time ldrakalg was put on hold before release may of caused her to take a different artistic direction. it's obvious that the music she was making in 2010 was way different than it was in 2007/early 2008 so i bet putting out that record felt weird because it was old. i'm not saying btd era wasn't geniune to her, obviously she writes about her own experiences in different ways but i feel like the lizzy era was her most honest and geniune.

Dark Angel replied to naachoboy's topic in New Interviews
does anyone know where the full interview video originated from? also there's an index magazine article that dates back to 2008/2009 that has a small clip of it and a different interview, written by the same lady. http://www.indexmagazine.com/interviews/Lizzy_grant2.shtml -

i've had some issues with my itunes so i can't really give an accurate answer of my most/least played but i'd say my most played would be bartender/california and my least played would be fuck it i love you, just haven't been able to get into that song yet. -

the tv in black and white acapella demo "living without you" is so heartfelt and vulnerable and it's so underrated.

aka is the true queen of cohesion, we got disco, acoustic, ballad, surf noir, and alternative pop sounds all in one album it still manages to sound great. -
Lana cancels EU/UK Leg of the Norman Fucking Rockwell Tour
Dark Angel replied to Elle's topic in Latest News
i'm glad people are empathetic about the situation. i hope she's alright and nothing too serious is going on. if it's related to her vaping then that's really dissapointing she really needs to stop because it's bad for you. and no it's not coronavirus lol.- 469 replies

in my opinion, i don't really think any of the songs on nfr are really that sad, i guess you could say hope, but i see hope as more of a numb, apathetic kind of sad feeling. i think the more sad and emotionally driven tracks on the album are more sad in it's tone, as opposed to how it makes someone feel, i don't think the songs on norman fucking rockwell are tearjerkers, of course that's just how i see it. songs that i would consider tearjerkers are peace, yayo, and terrence loves you. -

i remember reading something on here that insinuated that norman fucking rockwell isn't a fully cooked album and i think it's the most accurate way of describing it's production. -
So unnecessary and disrespectful. Lana looks beautiful. It's funny to me how people who have the nerve to say this shit can really call themselves Lana fans.
-
i do not want to ever think about lana and harvey ever again, that is not an image i want in my head.

someone in the comments of lana's new pic with charlie said "make a porno"... ya'll people are disgusting...
