    I'm not going to listen to anything until the album comes out. this whole rollout is a mess and i don't feel invested at all. Like i will probably always love her but maybe this album just isn't for me ? 

    I'm just going to blame jack and call it a day because he really ruined a lot of lana for me too. i'm so happy charli ended up cancelling that tour because we now know what xcx3 would have sounded like

    bunny is a rider sounds like a buzz single which is concerning as a lead ( and she was hanging out at a race track with the guy who does all her mvs so it's clearly getting a video ). I think the production is fantastic but most of the lyrics sound like memes " i’m so non physical " rather than genuine

    She wants to have a future nostalgia moment so bad. I mean i'm all for her selling out and singing songs she didn't write if they are bangers but i don't want this to be another sucker situation where she decides she hates it when her singles don't take off.

    It's supposed to come out later this year but it's definitely not done yet. Her insta post descriptions all make it seem like the devil was a little tease and she won't start the rollout for a bit or at least it's going to be a long one

    did anyone buy the CAP 7402 magazine with her interview in it ?? All the pictures are online but not the interview yet 

     

    idk this project seems like a lost cause and there's a lot of he said she said whose responsible for past shelved albums etc. It really just seems like an extremely soured label relationship but she's also a self fulfilled prophecy at this point so it could be a mix of both

    her vogue interview is incredible, i’m so excited for this album now but i really wonder about who the other co producers will be :legend: but maybe i also just relate to her struggle with having an autoimmune disease and your body feeling out of your control at times

    I remember at one point she said she was learning how to play the piano and how to produce and I think i naively hoped this album would be self produced but maybe the next one has potential to be. 

     

    i just want to see what she's like without anyone else in the room ( though i'm still excited for the malay tracks specifically )

    also insiders were correct, critics are going crazy. the nme  review is a good example but to touch base on someone else's comment, i also can't wait for the physical lp preorder, though and yellow white marble would be my choice based on this single

    i'm really enjoying how she seems to be doing everything on her terms. like she's coming back into the world, everything planned, and after it's all rolled out, she'll dip again for like 10 years
