I really love the album. My only grievance is the mixing because everything is so loud and there aren’t enough dynamics. The songs are great though and Amy’s sass really shines.

I did my own playlist blending Norman and Violet together, as several songs do fit well thematically. It’s not perfect, but I’m pretty happy with this order, after making several adjustments. L.A. I really don’t get why she chose this particular review to be upset about. There were parts of the review that I found unnecessary, but it was thoughtful as a whole and clearly you have to be somewhat passionate to be willing to write that fucking much about something. What are y’all doing with the CD version of FIILY? I like it, but it doesn’t compare to the video/digital version. I just stuck it at the end of the album and tagged it as “(Alternate).” ‍¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I definitely can hear the differences. Also she sounds so much sadder in the verses/bridge because of the original context while the new vocals in the chorus/pre-chorus sound a lot more relaxed.

I have to agree that the single version of FIILY is better. The one on the CD sounds mostly the same, but less expensive. And How to disappear is a bit overproduced. It isn’t as powerful as the live version.

A store sold the CDs 2 days early and someone bought one and uploaded it.
