Again, nowhere have I stated I have personally spoke to Lana about what's wrong, nor do any fans here assuming she's happy have proof of that. I'm just going off of things that are based on what she said. For instance, the pitchfork interview, the lyrics to Hope (which Lana said herself were personal) and her overall behavior. Of course she has grown as a human being, again I never stated she hasn't. I'm simply stating you cannot fully fix your psyche in the span of a couple years. It takes at least, AT LEAST a good 5 years to even fix most of the foundation, and they'll still be some things left to fix. So as I stated, don't take this in any way as me having personal info on her, because that's been your point twice now. As I stated and will keep stating, I'm just going off the information we have access to. I don't really know what's going on, you don't, the other fans don't, etc. The only difference is, everything she's stated and said points towards her still struggling with navigating life, so at least I have very little info to back me up, whereas those who are stating she's happy or doing great don't have any info at all. Again though, just so you don't repeat yourself, I don't know anything, you don't know anything, and none of us do. Also I acknowledge that she has grown, I'm just not sold on her being fully recovered as some of you are. That is all.

Also I found out I was talking about the pitchfork interview Lana did. It's somewhere in the audio that she talks about how she feels and it's very telling/sad. I can't find it right now though hmm

The Grammy's and Oscar's truly are trash to me nowadays. They're ran by old white men who are so out of touch with reality, I just wish Hollywood would say fuck it and make their own non biased award shows. But I guess they'll learn the hard way because I'm pretty sure their number of viewers has been going down significantly every year!

Oh of course it's none of our business, don't worry I don't think we should know. I'm just stating to think Lana is happy right now isn't exactly right. Mental illness is something we deal with everyday of our lives, and I know this from personal experience. I was just stating that the actions she's been taking have been very telling, and that many people I know who suffer from depression/anxiety/mental illness/ go through a stage of denial, while also being aware of their illness. They'll start working out, taking care of themselves, telling themselves positive mantras, all while the dark demon that is mental illness is still fighting against that in their subconscious. It's more so a journey of self discovery, rather than finding out how you feel. Yes, figuring out how you feel is important, but WHY do you feel that way. What is the main underlying problem. Yes you can do positive things, but that's like putting a fresh coat of paint on a house that's decaying, you need to fix your foundation first. Did something happen to you in life? Was this sadness passed onto you by your parents? Is it emotional? Psychological? Is it a lack of dopamine? Is your mind regulating chemicals properly? Are you eating properly? Are you on any substances? Etc. There's so many things that play into this. That's why I'm saying if Lana is just telling herself positive things, changing friends and drinking a smoothie here or there, yes it works for a month, maybe 6 months, maybe a year, but it's not a life plan. It's like clicking the snooze button, eventually you have to wake up. All I'm stating is, it's almost impossible Lana went from singing songs like the blackest day to lust for life in less than 2 years time and believing that it's all past her now. Your problems cannot be fixed that quickly. Again, yes it's none of our business, and there's lots to the situation we do not know, but it is very naive to think Lana has fully recovered from 30 years of being depressed. I'd say research the interview that leaked from 2017 that's an hour long, it was a magazine interview that was recorded and the recording leaked. Lana cries many times in it, and when asked about being happy, she said something like "I just really don't know" which breaks my heart because I and many others I know have gone through that "hope" for something better while being uncertain about how we feel, when deep down we know we're not happy.

I wouldn't care about a long wait if Lana didn't release songs 6 months earlier, making them feel old and detached from the current project, teasing half the album, and then disappearing on us. You wouldn't show your teacher half of your school assignment before it's finished/due, so why would you show us an album that you don't plan on releasing for a while? It's very messy. People are saying we're ungrateful, but we're not. We just wish she never said shit in the first place, and layed out a proper era over a two month period like HM era. MAC for January with the two interviews, Venice Bitch for February with a couple magazine interviews, Hope Is A Dangerous Thing for March with an end of the month album release. It's not hard to churn out a cohesive proper era.

Lmao. We're talking about the fact that LFL was Lana trying to force herself into a positive direction to believe her own hype, which was fucking obvious. Also the fact that Hope Is A Dangerous Thing is a clear sign that she really is going down a self deception route, that she's not actually happy, and that she's ignoring her emotions and pain rather than dealing with them, "they write that I'm happy, they know that I'm not, but at least I can say I'm not sad" is Lana's way of telling us she's bottling up what she feels, because you're not supposed to feel nothing lmao. Feeling nothing is a clear sign of depression and I'm surprised you guys haven't pointed it out, because it's not like healthy people feel empty and nothingness. Don't forget Lana's also currently seeking guidance from a place like Hillsong. So all signs point to the answer, if you choose to ignore them as a fan, or as a human being, then I don't know what world you live in. You would think by now people would be more aware of mental illness seeing as it's effects so many people.
