  1. Ugh I get why some people don't like Britney cause of the baby voice and all, but Idk she just gives me life You really don't like any of her songs though? Baby One More Time? Oops I Did It Again? Stronger? Toxic? Everytime? Gimme More? Piece Of Me? Break The Ice? Circus? Womanizer? Till The World Ends? Hold It Against Me?
  2. I just showed these pics to my sis and was like "Aww isn't this cute? She bought the homeless guy a pepsi!" and she was like "Um... I mean that's cute but it's literally a dollar drink. She makes millions of dollars every year, she couldn't buy the poor hungry guy a sandwich instead?" and I legit spit coffee all over my computer. It's the thought that counts tho I mean, she's lowkey right though because even I get homeless guys sandwiches sometimes and I make less than minimum wage... But at least her heart is in the right place giving that homeless man a sugary beverage
  3. Old Beyonce was great, new Beyonce is so pretentious and boring. Troye Sivan gets on my god damn nerves, and I really did try to like Florence + The Machine, it just didn't click.
  4. Her giving a homeless man Pepsi gave me more hope than the song
  5. That's exactly it! Like UV is sad sure, but Honeymoon has this soft, almost holy quietness, like something you'd listen to very early morning or late at night. Don't get me wrong I love UV, but the stillness Honeymoon possesses just frames her voice and the emotions she's trying to convey perfectly! UV and HIADT could have a baby, and I'd still say Honeymoon is her most emotional album yet.
  6. There's a certain member who kisses Nicole Nodland's ass up to the high heavens who's probably choking right now, but they needed to hear the truth tbh
  7. I can't listen to most of the songs on Honeymoon because they make me so damn fucking sad. Not because they're bad, quite the contrary. But I don't know how to explain it. UV gives me this dark edgy feel, where as Honeymoon gives me very sad melodic vibes. It's such a beautiful album, but it always tears at my heart strings. I know Lana said UV was unlistenable because to her, that was her saddest album, but to me honestly Honeymoon takes the cake on unlistenable sadness. There's some light moments like Terrences Loves You, Freak, Swan Song, Music To Watch Boys To, but songs like God Knows I Tried, Honeymoon, The Blackest Day, Salvatore, Religion, etc. Idfk man, those are some beautiful tragedies. Truly one of her most interesting, and most depressing albums. 10/10 Lana. I'm listening to The Blackest Day again and damn, I swear I could mistake my house for an onion cutting facility right now.
  8. She needs to let Neil out of her basement again this time around Like anything but Chuck please. I know you want to give your sister a job because you're successful and the family hasn't found out what Chuck's talent is yet, but c'mon girl ruining your own art so your sis can smile for 5 minutes? I mean I guess congrats to her for family morals but ugh what a waste
  9. So it took Lana one hour filming with her sister and her backup dancers in a parking lot to make every video we're getting this era. Got it How disappointing
  10. Huge Thick Dick, her sequel to White Mustang! How To Disappear sis
  11. this is like the modern day OJ case without the murder
  12. Kim Petras, Dua Lipa, Allie X, Billie Eilish, Melanie Martinez, Charli XCX, ThatPoppy, Grimes, etc. I really so badly want to be able to talk to my friends about music, and I've tried so hard to fall in love with these artists but it just doesn't click at all. The ONLY few people I've grown to love nowadays are Lana, Ariana, Camila Cabello and Mars Argo. Even Camila, I don't really like much of her stuff. I don't know what it is to be quite frank. I find a lot of the artist's I've listened to keep reusing the same four chord melodies, the same drumsets for their songs, same beats, etc. I couldn't tell one song from the other. Don't get me wrong, Ariana has a lot of songs that sound the same, but she at least goes outside the box to me. I'm going to keep trying, but I honestly don't ever see myself enjoying any of them I do admit though I love We Appreciate Power from Grimes just because it's so experimental glam rock to me
  13. I wish Lana still did the fading in from one song to the other effect like she did with AKA and HM
  14. I'm pretty sure half the twinks here don't know what the definition of subjective is but at least you tried educating them
  15. just nominate whoever made this thread edit: it's elle nevermind don't murder me
