Did anyone hear her interview yesterday on Beats 1? "I don't know how young [you are]... I don't know much about you" "What is Dua Lipa?" "It's my real name." "It's not a nickname?" "No - Dua's my first name, and Lipa's my surname." "Albania. Kosovo's the capital." "No." "You're ethnic Albanian. What does that mean?" "Well... my... eth-nic..." "Ethnicity?" "My ethnicity is Albanian."

Got the deluxe CD today - definitely worth the extra money @@Sucker - is there a higher quality version of the Conqueror cover art (this one) or - more specifically - does a remixes cover exist yet? @@National Anthem - have you tried Amazon UK? I'm assuming that they deliver to the US since I've been able to order from sellers outside the UK before.
-
Update: Lush Life is now top 5 on the official, iTunes, Spotify and airplay charts in both the UK and Ireland and Never Forget You is top 15 on US iTunes; some more photos were also released from her new press shoot
-
So the next single is..... Scar ----------- I hope this era culminates in most of her team being fired - it's irking to see how many mistakes they made with everything from the release to the artwork when the album had so much potential.

@@Sucker Do you know if the deluxe hardback edition is exclusive to her web store or will all retailers stock it? Ordering it locally works out a lot cheaper because of Universal's shipping fees but I want to make sure it's the same one first

The album is now streaming on NPR: http://www.npr.org/2016/02/17/466971173/first-listen-santigold-99-cents

The performance was better than I excepted; I thought Andra would obliterate Ellie in terms of vocals but it turned out to be a nice enough duet (although I still can't fathom the reasoning behind it? )

The album is available to stream now:

Sorry to bump the thread with a lack of official news, but I was looking through Deezer earlier and saw this: Poor Indi being demoted from Sony signed artist to Sony playlist covergirl (she isn't even included on it)

I'm sure most of you will be pleased to know that the deluxe version of AIN is also in a jewel case this time

Here's a zip of all the instrumentals we have atm (Runaway, Pierre and New Constellations are missing): https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0O_TpizciTAUXVDXzZ2OG9CalU/view?usp=sharing

The same label that took down outtakes from a photoshoot they're not using anymore?

There seems to be a Cry Baby repackage out today in Australia according to this article; can anyone confirm that it actually exists?
-
Bumping this because Arm's Length popped up in my Discover Weekly playlist the other week and... The rest of the EP is pretty good aswell

To date, she has released four singles: Phoenix, Moonshine, Old Faces and Into the Glass (plus its accompanying EP). Her latest song, Mr David, is out now while her next single proper, Part Time Friends, is released on February 5th.
-
Just 13 short months later, she's releasing another single called Real Love on February 5th - remember when we used to complain about her EPs taking too long to be released?
-
Be the One is currently #2 on the German iTunes chart (#32 on the official singles chart because of a lack of a physical single) (hurry up Warner) I don't think she has that many other songs to warrant a masterpost at the moment - I know there's the demo of Thinking 'Bout You and a few covers but that's about it.
-
BBC Radio 2 seem to be using their own edit of Amazing with altered vocals ("I got a wild heart [abrupt silence]" ) and lighter drums - listen here: https://clyp.it/tgywqstb

I got the sampler today - turns out that Bassline Drops is actually an earlier demo with new lyrics than the version currently doing the rounds, but all the other songs we have already (albeit in lower quality). Will upload a WAV rip later on
