I don't think of hits when I think of lana but honest to god if such a dreadful song like Closer can be #1 then anything at all is possible. This isn't even halsey hate, that song is fucking garbage and mostly because of the chainsmokers. I could imagine Money, Power, Glory doing something. I don't think any song on Honeymoon could have been a hit in it's existing state other than High By The Beach. I think a version of Terrence Loves You with strings etc and a bigger chorus like Black Beauty album version could be popular (with a different song title)

Would love to start this discussion again. I just finished watching Wild at Heart and I loved it. I know especially at the beginning of 2012 Lana was bombarded with comments from interviewers about David Lynch and she actually stated she's not a huge fan/not that familiar with a lot of his works but I couldn't help notice some similarities whilst watching! Particularly this scene instantly made me think of the clip in the original blue jeans video Also in a scene in the motel bobby tells lula he's going to open her "like a christmas present" and I totally thought of the Be My Daddy lyric

I have loved Fear Fun so much this whole summer. I think it's ever better than ILYHoneybear. I'm reading up about his albums as J.Tillman and there's so many... I'm listening to a few songs on youtube and his voice is so different it's much softer and whispery. I don't know if I like it The J.Tillman stuff seems to indie and uninteresting for me Is anybody a super fan and is familiar with his entire catalog? Which are stand out tracks?

i have listened to this on repeat so so so many times. It's just so indecipherable. And your imagine can really run wild with this theme of being Your Girl on the side I don't know if anybody hears anything like this or if i'm just being extra as fuck “Babe you’re my lady on the side” call me late if you wanna kill her could have been my baby if wife saw you and I get to know one another I cant get the idea out of my head that this song is about killing her boyfriend's wife and that's why it wasn't on the album

Her best songs are Beautiful, Dirty, Rich, Brown Eyes, Dance In The Dark and Speechless. Unreleased: Oh Well, Let Love Down, Future Love. I don't have any of her albums in iTunes and I don't listen to them period. The Fame is very dated, and when I revisited Born This Way, honestly, that is not a good album it pretty much sucks. And art pop is honestly dreadful. Pre- The Fame and then The Fame Monster she was on top of her game. The Fame, Part One is still the best thing she has done.
