I'm hearing that third line as I'm putting all the lights on and the television. Anyone else hear it? It makes a little more sense as well.

I don't think so. In her interview with Billboard she states by name that Honeymoon is similar to Born to Die and Paradise and very different from Ultraviolence. I like the AKA idea, but I think the lyrics are phrases she likes to use that get repeated in songs.

It turned out a lot better than I had expected. The spoken word at the end gives me Tired of Singing the Blues vibes.

The Blackest Day is giving me that type of feeling I get whenever Lana mentions dying anytime in her songs.

Well, thank god I get paid tomorrow.

The track listing is her most interesting one yet.

Trevor Philips is a character from GTA V, I believe, and weirdly enough one of the game's musical composers has ties to Lana and maybe Burnt Norton. If you scroll down this page on Woody Jackson's website, you can see Lana and Keefus Ciancia. Maybe Burnt Norton was recorded there at Vox Recording studio.

Did anyone notice that on HFA Fenella Fielding is listed as the artist for this song from an the album Four Quartets? It's just an album of Fenella Fielding reciting Eliot's Four Quartets, including Burnt Norton. I'm wondering what that has to do with this, but I'm thinking that maybe Lana might have sampled Fielding's voice for something possibly with music by Keefus Ciancia. This is one of the reasons I think Tag, You're It is my favorite from the album! The whole song is really catchy and fun, despite the subject matter, but that chorus really brings it to another more creepy level. The distress in her voice sounds completely real.

Tag, You're It, Pacify Her, and Training Wheels are my first listen favorites. There's not a song I don't like though.

I'm so glad it ended up with an actual September date instead of coming later. There's so much we don't know about the album and I'm very ecstatic it's coming so soon. I can't wait!

30, 31 – It looks like it is Come When You Call Me A.M.E.R.I.C.A 115, 116, and 138 – The produced version of “Motel 6” by Jeff Peretz was labeled Slo Gin Slo III by the producer. The original a capella leaked as “Motel 6” and the acoustic version is called Slow Gin Fizz. I believe the final version by James Dring and Jody Street is Motel 6.

The video is one of her best recently, really. It's got a strong and obvious message regarding her private life and providing an entertaining and understandable video at the same time. It's a plus that she looks banging as fuck in the video too, with the stunning views of the house and the surroundings. I think it was a good video for the song and she would do well as an action movie babe.

I did not see that sound coming at all, but I am so damn excited for this now. I had my doubts about Honeymoon, but this sounds great in such a short snippet.

I like the trailer. I haven't been very excited about Badlands, but I'm still anticipating it's release.
