Actually they teased the show tonight in a video with all acts and they played little clips for each artist and Lana was from the Summertime music video, but most people seemed to be singing from home so we'll see (i have no idea if the videos from other acts were new or not). Bleachers' (Jack) was from a Vevo performance he premiered kind of recently, but hopefully they don't reuse old performances and music videos

I was checking the merch of the Ally Coalition show and realised they have a guitar signed by Lana (along with other artists like Jack, Mitski, Regina Spektor, etc.) for 2,700$. Perhaps any of you is a big Lana collector and is willing to pay for it, so I'll drop the link: https://www.hellomerch.com/collections/the-ally-coalition/products/signed-gibson-2019-les-paul-studio I guess it was signed 2 years ago when Lana was part of the show as well with all those other artists

I just don't really understand why would she decide to do a TV performance for the first time in 8 years just to sing a cover for a covers album she's kind of improvising due to the delay of COCC? Like... why would she promote a covers album but hasn't promoted any of her original songs in years and might not in the upcoming future? Just a question (for the culture)

"American Standards & Classics" Cover Album - Pre-Pre-Release Thread
Roll With me replied to Elle's topic in New Releases
Eclipse is the source so it's pretty much confirmed to be true since he's reliable -
It's already past midnight in New Zealand, does anyone know if the album has been released there already? Just wondering so I can know if it'll be out in my country at midnight as well

"American Standards & Classics" Cover Album - Pre-Pre-Release Thread
Roll With me replied to Elle's topic in New Releases
You'll Never Walk Alone is listed in the Great American songbook, so will it be included on the album as well? Btw, I would KILL for a studio version of For Free with Weyes Blood and Zella Day and finally Chelsea Hotel No.2 on streaming platforms (I'd rather have the solo version but I'm also fine if Adam Cohen jumps on the record) -
Let Me Love You Like a Woman
Roll With me replied to Say Yes to Heaven's topic in Chemtrails Over the Country Club
Yeah, I also hear "pink champagne" -
To me it felt more like a joke than actually a fact. Also that made me think of Sylvia Plath, since that's what happens to Esther (the main character of The Bell Jar)

1. NFR! 2. HM 3. UV 4. Paradise 5. BTD 6. LFL 7. AKA Maybe if AKA was still out in streaming platforms I could put it higher than LFL since it's certainly a good album. I used to be an UV stan and kind of disrespected HM but it's certainly aged like fine wine
