The vinyl will be picture discs, you can use virtually any image in a picture disc. And I think there's only going to be one CD, that's how the listing reads...

I won't mind shelling out $100 if the vinyl only have that design in this set, otherwise, think I'll pass...

The only reason I don't like it is that the word Ultraviolence is in the same style as Born To Die, so it looks incomplete without her name accompanying.

That's how Madonna's Like A Prayer album was recorded, and in two weeks. That album is fucking epic, so I'm hoping for something similar here.
