good thing i found this thread and let me tell you when i posted a tiktok about how i want lana to work with dan again for a hypothetical ultraviolence 2.0 album, some tiktok lana stans are big mad and commenting their big "NFR is superior" energy when i posted it. honestly, UV is her best sounding album and totally different during its time but now we are stuck with jack antonoff songs.

If an artist would hype the collab with your fave by being the last song to be revealed and do a video about how she’s a big fan and an honor to collab with and all you get is your fave doing backing vocals, you have the right to be disappointed. I like the song but it would be nice if she has a verse considering it’s their first collab. Also, the phrase “Can we just enjoy the song” sounds like forcing someone to like the song and “not listening to it” is almost not possible to do considering how a lot of people would repost this song on social media. Again, I’m just baffled how you can’t share your disappointments to a Taylor song just because everyone likes it and it’s Taylor.

I posted a Tiktok about this and Taylor stans were mad explaining to me how a feature works like I know how it works but this is just not it. They even told me that “perhaps that’s what they agree on” like yeah who told you that then?
