Honestly, I just feel like there isn't much to discuss overall, because 1. She released 49587439570249 snippets, so very little content on the album was new new, and, as Gemini just said, much of the analysis took place in the pre-release thread. 2. She did a handful of interviews, but she said the same things in almost every one, and gave us very little insight into any of the songs themselves. It was pretty much just ... "Jack and I wrote Love Song in an hour", "we recorded Hope in one take", etc. That's great, but I wanna know why she wrote them, what do they mean to her, how they evolved, and so forth. I feel like she was much more forthcoming with this type of information in the LFL era. She talked a bit about Hope in one interview, but overall, she's given us very little in-depth information this time around. There are countless pages of, "oh my God every time I listen to California, I get chills. It's just so great to listen to whilst hang-gliding off the coast of Spain" and people arguing about why they like it/don't like it, because there really isn't anything else to discuss.

Yeah I don't blame them for getting defensive and/or blocking if a fan is being downright rude or nasty on their personal IGs, but otherwise it seems really ott.

I don't think his message was particularly threatening or anything, but I'm surprised that he remembers who this fan is (eg: "I looked directly at you", etc). Evidently, he's so pressed by his girlfriend's comments section that he stalks fans' profiles enough to be able to recognise the "culprits" in person ... yikes

Yeah, there have been a few - most recently an exchange to do with school shootings, but I don't remember exactly what was said. He deleted his reply and dm-ed the fan.

I don't know anything about this particular incident, but this isn't the first time he's DMed a fan all pressed. He seems to care way too much. Maybe that's why they are on a break/broken up (if they are), because either he or Lanz pulled the plug because it was affecting his life too much.

She cancelled before any of this got really bad, though, so I think there's the possibility that she really did cancel due to her own illness/personal reasons. I still think it'd be irresponsible for any of these upcoming festivals to go ahead, but that's obviously in the hands of the organisers. This virus can spread very fast; as I said on another thread, Italy went from 1k cases to 5k cases in a day, and now has over 10k. Therefore, the argument that [country] doesn't have many cases and is "safe" isn't a good one.

Yeah Italy jumped from 1k cases to 5k in 24 hours, I think. It's rapidly evolving, and whilst most people who get it will recover, others are not so lucky. I agree that some people are being hysterical about it, but any kind of mass gathering rn is a risk, imo. Lana's got all her people to consider, too.

Imo that's irresponsible as hell. Many countries are cancelling mass gatherings and with good reason. Doesn't mean she won't cancel, though. Miley cancelled a trip to Australia over coronavirus/travel concerns, and quite a few other artists have cancelled shows, too.

I'm no doctor, but I agree. It's logical that anyone who is just getting over another respiratory illness could be more susceptible. I can't imagine Lana playing a show and not going down to the front row, or turning down fans if they see her and ask for a pic (I mean, clearly, she's still willing to do that, going by today's pic). It's a risk.

I think she looks great with dark hair as well, but the change is nice. Please God ... I think it's been over a month since they've been seen together ... so I'm guessing either a break, or a break up.

Obviously, it's ultimately up to the organisers but there are so many factors, and I wouldn't be at all surprised. Someone like Lana has to consider the safety of her band, etc, too. The annual BNP Paribas tennis tournament that's held in the Coachella valley was cancelled today by the local authority. Unless coronavirus starts to fizzle out by April (or it's so widespread that they give up trying to contain it), I feel like there's a good chance that Coachella will be cancelled.

Not joking ... I'll be very surprised if the entire event still goes ahead, let alone if she attends.
