You know I hope she fully goes over the deep end with the next album. Go back to OTT music videos, go back to the glamour and tear everyone that has a problem with it and her, apart. Write an album that fully shows how badly the industry and media treated Lana so that she can finally shut them down her way, with style. It should be dripping with the darkness of UV, the opulence of PD and lyrical maturity of NFR.

Lana will always be an outsider and I think she's just had that revelation. Not matter how hard she tried playing the game for the last two albums she still wasn't truly good enough for them. She lost AOTY Grammy to a child, someone that literally re-branded and re-packaged Rey's style for a younger generation. That must've fucking hurt. To top it off she had a female critic imply that she suffered some sort of abuse as a child. Like who the fuck dose that. Do you think she would have said that if Lana was a man?

All I know is a few weeks back I was getting tired with her bullshit and close to burning my stan card but the Lord saw to it that I shall see the light again. Praise be sistern.

Exactly. I hate how even in music the narrative is that if the abuser is a male no one will call him out for singing straight up disgusting acts towards mainly women. In fact it's fucking glorified in some ways. Imagine if Lana flipped the narrative and sung about drugging then raping a man like The Weeknd suggests on his track High For This to a girl. That would end her career.

Thing is Lana has made some decent points. She shouldn't of dropped any names tho, that was fucking stupid. Lana what possessed you to include female POC, especially when they face even harsher criticism and issues with the music industry Christ even by mentioning them she was bound to get dragged. If she mentioned Gaga, Madonna or Taylor Swift instead of ANY POC she would've had a better reception. Mainly BC y'know there white and as privileged as Lana is.

I honestly can't understand why Gaga doesn't preform in front of a green screen like Charli has and make a homemade video for an album track. Seriously the whole era is deliberately made to look like it's cheap and slightly tacky with 90's house rave vibes it would be a match made in heaven.
