At this point, it's more likely than not that there's two versions of Watercolor Eyes. It's not unlike Lana to change songs right before they're released

The only songs of Lana's that I would objectively consider her best would be Heroin and/or Hope. I honestly struggle to rank her songs by objectivity because she's done so many different styles and sounds throughout her career. It really all comes down to personal taste

At least for me, the song gets a lot better after a few listens. The main thing I'm looking forward to now though is seeing it in the show on Sunday. I think that'll give me a whole new perspective/outlook on the song depending on how it gets used

The Born To Die artwork is stunning. I'm pretty sure that it's based on a still from the Ride video.

I almost wonder if there's a Euphoria mix and an original mix of this song since it ended up being used for the show. That might explain why people (allegedly) heard something different than what got released. It makes sense for the version that was released to be a bit more lowkey if it's primarily being released in order to be used in the background of a scene (Slight Euphoria spoiler below if people are right)

Yeah, as much as I love the song, I understand that perspective. It's not necessarily anything new to the people that have been listening to her recent projects. But I think that the people who really only know her for BTD and UV are gonna like it a lot because it's so different and it'll show more of her capabilities. I'm just happy to see Lana get recognition for her work regardless
