Both "If You Lie Down With Me" and "Beautiful" give me strong NFR-vibes for some reason. I imagine a warm sound, similar to the title track, MAC, Love Song or FIILY. I doubt we'll get another one tbh

It's not really though. The song is structurd around a dialogue sitation - which obviously requires two people to duet. I don't mean to be offensive or anything, but even though a lot about art is about personal interpretation, some things just aren't.

I'm not saying anyone has to like duets (I'm no big fan pf them either) but this is one of the few collabs of hers shere the duet actually makes sense. If it was another LFL/BPBP situation where she had a solo song and randomly picked out lines to give them to a feature artist, I'd understand the want for a solo version (and would probably feel that way too). But the whole story Dealer is telling only works as a duet. If she'd sing it all by hersepf it would lose a lot of it's meaning. I also prefer songs with just her but wanting a track to be solo just for the sake of it ... nah

No song on CoCc - not even the better ones - makes that halfassed album worth to be put above any of her other projects

so eDgY Thunder would have definitely created far more buzz than Arcadia outside if her already existing fanbase

I really don't think so. In case she reactivated her instagram until then she will do a sloppy posts featuring random selfies and throwback-pictures 4 days after the anniversary. But nothing else. Maybe the label will try to push something, but that will most likely not contain outtakes/demos but instead consist of a special vinyl-issue or a bundle with some of those terrible, random remixes.

I agree to a certain point. I do think that most of the time the final versions fit their respective albums much better (with the exception of the BAR lyric change). However, while I love the final version of this album to death I think it would be really cool to hear an alternative version of HM. Listening to the demos for God Knows I Tried, The Blackest Day and Freak Like Me (which kind of relates a lot to the live version of Honeymoon) I think it would be an interesting experience. Imagine songs like Religion and Salvatore in this kind of style ... I know she'll never do that but an anniversary release of HM with two discs, one containing the final album and one having the original concept would be wonderful. Kinda like the "No More Sweet Music" album by Hooverphonic, which featured a "remixed", more experimental version of the songs.

I still doubt that this is true. Nothing about that song fits the UV era, neither the wiritng nor the composition. I could see this being a Methamphetamines/ Old Money situation were the melody was an early draft from around 2013 ort hat she reused some lyrics like the chorus but I can't see the actual song coming from that era

If you pre-order thd album digitally, TB is still 5.03 though. BB is 4.53, WFWF 4.47. If those are already incorrect on that "leak; I doubt the rest is real
