Can she PLEASE keep her face and hair like this for the new album shoot? She looks sooooooo good. It's sad how she sticks to the "they don't get blamed for stuff I do"-narrative. Twigs gets just as much called a whore. Her main point - the way critics do her dirty and the cultural double-standards - is not wrong at all and the fact that people forced a race-debate is still pathetic. But she shoud have just kept quiet about those comparances, as they are the weak point of her reasoning. And I LOVE the album title, it's SO MUCH BETTER than White Hot Forever. I hope she keeps it.

I love Mitski and I really like BTC but I would not call the album "lush". It's pretty complex and a rocky road to listen to - in a good way, but I don't think that kind of music would fit Lana

We all know that a big part of her social media fanbase is unbearable. Obsessive, encroaching people who act up as supporting saints but will share every highly personal information, spread every leak they can just to get attention, feel like an insider and act like a special person within the fanbase. She should have never interacted closely with those people. Do you remember when ultra-show-off Eclipse teased information for the upcoming LFL album because he needed his daily dose of attention? Instead of getting him sacked up for threatening to ruin her work she actually contacted him in a pretty polite way. That only made him feel more entitled. So yeah, she has a point when she tells those people to fuck off. The fact they were not willing to show the full convo and only cherrypicked certain comments to cry about proves the point

CAN WE STOP TO FORCE A RACISM DEBATE HERE? It was obviously not intended that way, she even commented on it again. And just because WOC are among the women she named, this does not automatically make it racism. Whenever you bring up a POC, the chances that this person experienced racism is as high as woman experiencing misogynie and homosexuals experiencing homophobia. That in itself is terrible. But that does not mean that bringing up a POC/woman/gay in any context that may not be 100% positive is necessarily racist/misogynist/homophobic. You can blame her for assuming that other female singers do not get shit for their art. That was really self centered, especially for a rich white woman in America. She should not have mentioned these other women. It's still stupid to try and make this about racism.
