Confirmation on her breakup (I'm going to sob to Goodbye, as she and I are going through the same thing at the moment): https://www.nytimes.com/2021/06/01/arts/music/marina-ancient-dreams-in-a-modern-land.html The last paragraph also touches on some of the criticisms that seem pretty common in this thread.

Is her hair not fried anyways, glad she's having fun withe her girlies
-
As far as I know, it's not been confirmed, but I think that's just the expected date given that's she said it's coming before the album!
-
I'd like to confirm that the melody of Wildflower Wildfire's pre-chorus might be my favorite of her's. I can't stop replaying it

Speculations on Lana's relationship with her mother
Formation replied to Whoopiedoo's topic in Lana Thoughts
Aside from proably not treating Lana great verbally (don't know if it's best to say for sure that Lana was verbally abused just from one line), it seems like we've gathered it was Patty that probably pushed for Lana to be sent off to boarding school. Would be interesting if we ever get confirmation about it -

She probably just woke up to realize they released them without her knowing. Album delayed by six months confirmed! -

Eclipse's review: https://www.instagram.com/p/CPBDvV7gg4M/ https://www.instagram.com/p/CPBD0hZA382/ Sounds like a great album. I'm ready to cry to Pandora's Box

She gave us this: and y'all still won't leak What I Like in full? smh
-
2 more singles? I'm guessing it'll be title track soon and then another the last week of May
-
Only in France, right? I assume they saw that it was doing well there so they're (rightfully so) expanding it out to other places. Hopefully she does it at the Brits and then sends it to radio then

My ranking of songs based on titles-alone: Acient Dreams in a Modern Land Purge the Poison I Love You but I Love Me More Man's World Pandora's Box Venus Fly Trap Highly Emotional People New America Flowers Goodbye

Why has What I Like still not leaked I’m starting to think the leakers actually were arrested
-
Definitely hoping it's I Love You but I Love Me More. I can't stop replaying the piano snippet of Flowers, I hope it delivers

The pic she's using is what she used for Rock Candy Sweet, but the 4th of July would be a good day to release the American Classics covers so...in conclusion: we're probably getting neither this year -
She keeps reposting fan art, is literally making a magazine out of fan contributions, and has often replied to Instagram comments. What do y’all want? Lmao

The way Levitating is matching DSN's success What an era

I mean I like the title's refrences to both royalty and family, given that TFJ's core themes are exactly about her analyzing fame and how she feels due to her dad and stuff. But my main point in saying that it's flimsy is that you have to do a bit of digging to realize that is the title's tie to the record and it's not that different from L+F. I've seen enough album reactions to notice that most people have no idea what it is called that and don't pick up on the central themes of the album (most think some of the tracks are about romance). I totally get some of the criticims of L+F, but I try to push back on the idea that it was a complete flip in Marina's career. L+F as a title and era-concept had as much thought as TFJ and others, so I don't agree with conceptions that it was just randomly put together with a bunch of filler tracks when the album creation was the same as her other works. It's fine to say you don't like the central idea of separating the tracks how she did, but that's just not how most people frame their opinions and that's what I was trying to point to. Hope I am making some sense

I was thinking that it would sound great after STUD. I assume the next EP/project will have a similar sound, so I hope he adds it onto it
