Just facts

I loved COTCC and BB is maybe my favourite album of hers, but the first has already became quite small (at least for me) compared to what we've heard of what's to come. DYK is just grandiose for me, and COTCC was quite a light album (though it was quite a good one, quite better than NFR, IMO). BB, in the other hand, stands still as one of her most solid ones for me.

Feeling exactly the same regarding her artistic journey. She's right now making music as a way to overcome the days and live her life the best way she can. Through her first three records I feel like she was pushing herself to go all time through the core of all, no matter the price in personal terms (and that's how those albums were absolutely fiery). I feel that now she's finding balance between having to go through days with all the normality that that embodies and her deep psychical/artistic proceses that get to happen simultaneously. The results are maybe not always as explosive or groundbreaking as they used to be before, but the beauty and the calm she's creating and being able to mantain and to transmit, from my point of view, is just admirable and awe inspiring as well. There's so many things flowing beneath the music she's bringing, and I feel absolutely grateful to her for keeping on the effort in such a crazy and uncomprehensible world.

Just heard SOTB. Lana is absolutely unheardable. And given how terrible is the song, that's not even such a bad thing.

It's terrible that she's exposed to this kind of stuff and that her security and privacy are constantly violated. No one should have to live under that constant menace. Anyway, I find it strange that she doesnt have any copy of a 200 pages book. I've been sending security copies of things (absolutely irrelevant ones such as homework) to email since I was a kid. Can't understand how a world-class artist as her doesnt make any kind effort to put her stuff out of risk, or at least to be sure that she doesnt lose it.
