  1. really? how do we know that?

She mentioned that she wrote "Gold" while touring with Coldplay and I realized that happened after EH came out actually and not before sorry nn

She opened for one date in 2011 and then 2012 on the second half of the year

  2. I  JUST FOUND THIS OUT AFTER ALL THESE YEARS

"This instrumental was the original track that Electra Heart was recorded over. So while it is a 'remix' it actually existed before Electra Heart did."

feels so much cooler, genuine (and better) than the final version????

  3. The fact people probably hold stems for IANHA yet both leaks\versions are still LQ... mess.

I'm excited for new music and I feel like it will come out by the end of the year. She said that FROOT was already happening before EH even came out. For this we already know she's been in studio since that "SEX" tshirt etc. Probably early concepts, but still...I'm excited.

  4. So she just re-posted one of the pictures she posted while teasing CLXII, the "LOVE ME TIL I'M ME AGAIN" that we still not sure of what it is

CLXIII is really happening girls wow

  5. She said in like 2015 or 2016 she wanted NTMT to be a very visual project and wanted lots of music videos but the label didn’t support her so we got 3. I’m sure she said she had to fight for the title track music video.

Also it’s nearly been 60 days and nothing seems to be coming. Thanks Sky.

I believe it was, hm...."wrong choices" for visuals at first but also get her.

It could have been better if she picked the songs that had a better chance to standout first (24 hours, boys, I will...) for the visuals but also get attention as singles. The title track is that haunting song but it really didn't go anywhere.

But I understand the title track also is the whole record soul in... one song. So that was probably why she wanted to do a video for that before any other single option.

If I remember correctly "I Blame Myself" also took a quite long time to come out, right? and then it was a bit controversial because of the dance\black guys\storyline... poor sky.

I've never seen that teaser. Do you maybe have a link?

Never found it again :( It was an instagram post and I still remember it was something like "SKY FERREIRA X GRANT SINGER HEAVY METAL HEART" and the teaser was black and white but just sky herself shaking head and whipping hair

  6. The Ghost EP was meant to have a video for every song but she never released the Ghost video. I'm pretty sure they shot it though

:oprah: I swear to god... Why is she like this?

  7. I think something is coming on February 9th, i'm excited! :flutter:

Also, i heard that she scrapped a video for Love In Stereo? Is this true, and where can i watch it? (if i can)

Dead I just posted about it right before seeing this post LMAO

She tweeted about it If I remember correctly. It was teased back in 2013\14 with a picture and then nothing else was said til 2016 where she posted on instagram saying the video was destroyed because it was shot in VHS\Analogic way and the footage got fucked up somehow.

    15319199_659267817568312_39677799281462415350587_659267844234976_101719324243300

  8. Also not only music but she have a few music videos that never saw the light of day, right?

    Heavy Metal Heart teaser

Love in Stereo which sadly was destroyed while editing

and I read once there was something shot for "Ghost" and it just never came out???

  9. NTMT B-sides part 2 would probably need her to record some more music and that's why she gave up :creep: nn

But yeah it's pretty awkward it never happened since we still having plenty of titles that didn't make the final cut.

Swamp Girl (was teased with 24 Hours), Rancid Girl, I'm not alright(Wasn't it a possible title for the record aswell?), Pretty Dull(Performed Live)... I think all of these happened after the album was already on the "right direction"...

Anyway, I think the 60 days thin is runnin' out of time... any news about new music? don't think so

  10. Yeah the Canadian release had some Bonus I guess (Money Honey extended intro at least)

The Fame release was a bit messy if we take a look back at the tracklist changes through time etc

Starstruck was meant to be only part of USA release, I Like it Rough was part of iTunes Exclusive before turning into an actual track for the record... lel

  11. I feel like a long time ago I had a version in my iTunes library of Boys Boys Boys that didn't have the "ooooooooh"s during the second chorus and didn't have her going "duh-oh-uh-uhhh" at the end of the bridge, but I had to get a new computer at one point and lost everything. Was there a demo like that?

ACTUALLY THIS! I KNOW WHAT U TALKING ABOUT LOL

For years I had this original version without the "Ooooooooooh" and "Duh oh uh uh" at the end but it was still in the middle of the "final album". When I downloaded the album on my new computed in M4A like in 2016, it sounded different and that was it.

My bet is that between all the re-releases on itunes\TFM\Through the years they "upgraded" the song. If you check like "I like it rough" on spotify, it's also different from the original version. It doesn't have the autotuned vocals on the intro with "LADY GAGA...I LIKE IT ROUGH" before the beat kick in

I need someone to show her PC Music and SOPHIE :defeated:  pIs make it happen....... :flutter:

Lord won't allow that to happen leave that for people like Legend XCX but Gaga is not the type that would fit into this

  12. I just realized I saw pictures of her arriving almost same time at the Ed Sheeran win.

I would probably go back home n

Anyway, after Ultraviolence & Honeymoon, it's nice she still managed to get a NOMINATION at that. It means people do actually pay attention on her and that's just great. She already got voted enough to make into the top6 albuns with names like GAGA and SHEERAN which managed to score really bigger attention from the media in general.

It's already a good prize. Maybe next time <3

  13. 5 minutes before recording the episode

"Hey, emily, so this is the girl that will help you"

    "Allie x?"

"yeah she's dope, listen to this *plays BITCH*"

    "But...I sing acoustic-guitar-driven-songs..."

"DO YOU WANT TO BE ON TV OR NO?"

  14. Wanna know what also would be perfect to close Joanne era?

LEAK PERFECT ILLUSION & JOHN WAYNE STEMS

The video is gorgeous and I'm happy about it. It feels so simple but really good, it's not a groundbreaking thing, but it's enough. Ended Million Reasonzzzzzzz

  15. Decided to play Honeymoon while playing one game and then decided to put Ultraviolence and...It felt so long ago that I felt this. Really can't explain, but it felt nice. Feeling kinda peaceful aswell.

Right now I'm at Old Money and, today, the only song from Ultraviolence I'm still a bit off is Sad Girl. Funny because I didn't really like the record back in 2014 appart from songs like Fucked My Way Up To the Top and few others... Now I see how beautiful it really is.

Same goes for Honeymoon. Songs like MTWBT and The Blackest Day... I had to put the later one on repeat few times before really finishing the full record. Also Swan Song and the Beautiful "Don't Let me Be Misuderstood".

Both records feel like a big journey. Just like a Movie passing through every song, and every last song\cover for both are the "credits" rolling up the screen.

Old Money just ended, Other Woman began.

I really love your art miss Del Rey x.

  16. LOL Joanne is not her Honeymoon. Lana Del Rey has yet to make disappointing albums for her fans. "Joanne didn't flop that hard" I rest my case. I expected better from an artist who put out 5 number ones on her debut and followed it up with Bad Legend. And Born This Way is her magnum opus, so let's not even start. She knows what we want, I'm starting to think she's sick of dance music and she doesn't know how else to tell her gay fans which make up the majority of her base. It's sad but it's her fault. I love Gaga but she shouldn't have hyped her music that hard in 2015 or in 2012.

Ask anyone on GaGaDaily AKA Hate on ARTPOP and Joanne Daily. Anyone with ears can tell Gaga isn't trying as hard as she used to. And this Vegas residency?! So what now she thinks she's Britney Spears level of ready to retire? I don't get her anymore. But I guess when you make 400 million a year, Gay's rights and equality and Dance anthems don't matter anymore.

I also think she lies about being bisexual. Paparazzi have never caught her with women, not even sexually. And she always dates manly guys. I'm sorry but Taylor Kinney was the most shallow choice, she literally went for looks and I bet it was just to make Luc Carl feel bad. It's whatever Stefani, have fun being rich and riding Madonna's gay wave.

I like agree with of your post LOL at all. The Vegas residency is just tragic, specially for someone like me whose the only chance of seeing her live was cancelled at this tour and it was the only date that "couln't be rescheduled cuz it's a festival" but it's more likely Ladey Gags gives 0 fucks about doing 2 more concerts to replace a festival date since she don't want to get less money or cut productions cost since her stage is just a whole monster that can't be taken everywhere.

I actually think there are Paparazzi photos of her with woman in a boat if I remember correctly, that was like in 2010 but yeah it's also pointless to discuss this type of stuff

Winning a Grammy for another genre (something Madonna will never accomplish) is not the issue.

When you watch 5 foot Two she explained "I can never bring it up again to the level of Gaga, because then what's the point of this record? (Joanne)". I literally think she's letting go of her Gaga persona which is sad because she used to swear up and down that it wasn't a persona and it was her the whole time. Now she's going against that and saying that it's not her and she's actually more stripped down. "I can finally be myself", bitch what were you in Born This Way and The Fame Monster when you cried on stage?

It feels like she had an identity crisis and is now lost. Florence Duet should've been a killer song and instead it winded up being filler and "little monsters" tore it apart. I can't even stand how uncomfortable she looks taking photos with fans anymore. She looks like she's over her old fanbase and is ready to move on. I don't think she wants a single fan younger than 30. I don't think she wants rave or electronic fans. She has a unicorn tattoo on her thigh and mocked fans who would've presumed that there would be a unicorn at her super bowl. Just her making fun of herself is self deprecating and sounds slightly homophobic. After all this time, it's like she's just over it all.

I also don't stan Sky, have you seen the comment I've made about her 5 year hiatus and her drug use?

Electronic music is in peril for so many females.

I chose Sky as my avatar in 2016 because I thought she was coming back and her sassy expression is how I feel about female singers right now... like Beyoncé ft. Ed Sheeran? Might as well duet with Donald Trump next.

On this I also kinda agree, but at same time, it's not like the first time she does it.

If we take a look actually from The Fame - The Fame Monster.

The first one she was saying she would do anything for the fame, on the later she was trying to say that fame was almost something bad.

    For TFM - BTW

She went on the route "Ohhh this next one is my most personal record yet" and "I live half between reality and fantasy" and all that mess.

For BTW - ARTPOP she actually tried what worked only with Joanne. But since ARTPOP she's been like "So I decided to take the wig off, and all the costumes and I look myself in the mirror and that's me. That's what I want to show people" (this is from an ARTPOP interview. From like, Applause release). But well, ARTPOP went out of control with Management stuff.

There's this Gap between ARTPOP and Joanne where seems like, on the initial project, it was about "being glamourous and giving zero fucks" but let's be honest and take a look around. Since 2013, the general public was CRAVING for some "real people" instead of Popstars. That's how people like Lorde and Alessia Cara somehow managed to get some spotlight. They're dressed in common clothes, pair of jeans, Vans or whatever... and it worked.

Joanne suddenly happened, in my head, because she had the urge to release something til the end of 2016 and they just randomly started to put stuff together and created something that sounded "different" on the catalog of songs and would fit into these new "trends" of being "normal". Billboard even made an article about this when the album came out and it had a small shade to katy perry with something like "if you want to blow chantilly from your tits, it's still alright tho katy".

I think she's Honest most of the time, but she's still a popstar, and marketing\publicity all that still part of the package. Of course there's stuff that's made for... "attention" every record, and I also feel that everytime the new campaign starts, she's into a new "character" but that's everyone. Beyoncé on "SELF TITLED" was all about the feminism and women rights etc

suddenly for LEMONADE it's all for black lives matter and being empowered.

For sure, there's the "good intention" of making the record and calling all that type of stuff out, but at same time it's still part of "marketing". It's all part of the "Re-Inventing" thing for Pop culture.

Madonna was dressed like a cowgirl for "Music" yet she already announced how much she hates the cowboy stuff, the hats, the boots, everything. But it gave her her last a #1.

  17. LOL RedOne her brother who helped her career? You didn't read my post at all, I said fans need to stop pretending Joanne flopped because it's too slow. Go back and read and don't just paraphrase things like Fox News.

it's just to point step by step at what I agree and what I disagree. "fans need to stop pretending Joanne flopped because it's too slow" I still not getting it because the album itself didn't flop that hard and people don't say it's because it's slow. People actually pretend it's a smash like some type of btw from 2016.

RedOne was good but right now he's just trash begging for her attention, it's digusting. He, of course, helped her but she already proved doing good stuff with other people and scoring hits. It's more likely what's her mindset.

y'all are so heated over an album that in the grand scheme of things doesn't have much of an impact and is DEFINITELY not this deep like chill out lmao, like i enjoy the entire thing front to back but let's be completely real it's going to be remembered mostly for million reasons and the rest of it will become "hidden gems" in some years - it may also be remembered to the gp as the thing that "proved" she can sing but that's still uncertain

i'm still pissed we don't have perfect illusion stems like regardless of how joanne is as an album i still want the stems smh

I feel that Perfect Illusion stems are either really good or really bad. Idk it's awkward to judge

    --

Joanne for me is her "Honeymoon". It's just really not pleasing but it will sound fresh and good. And there will be career gems. I don't think I put any Joanne song into my top10 of best songs but it's just ok to listen to it sometimes and appreciate.

The problem is that she waited 3 fking years to release it after people were dying to drop dead listening to pop dance music. But anyway, could have been worst

  18. Nah Sinner's Prayer is garbage and she knows it which is why she doesn't perform it anymore. This album will be laughed at in years to come and seen as her ballad fall back plan since she can't release a fast hit anymore.

Dancin In Circles needs to stop being talked about like it's Bad Romance 7.0, it's trash. It's just faster and more Gaga sounding than the rest of Joanne but it's still trash. I hope she works with RedOne or a real DJ again.

Fans need to stop pretending like Joanne flopped because it's slow too. Lana makes perfect ballads and slow music all the time, but never tried to be country or folk or whatever that blues on the green trash is.

Girl just because you don't like, doesn't meant it's bad. Dancin' in circles is overrated but it was the only song on the album you could listen to and be like "oh this is single material\this is a real lady gaga song".

"Joanne flopped because it's slow" then you mention Lana like she's someway how next to a hit or anything lel.

No reason to ever think that people will look back at any album and laugh, if even ARTPOP now five years later gets some good notes here and there because media realized being way too harsh over it.

And she won't work with RedOne again, not til he learns to shut his mouth and stop begging her for some attention.
