Honestly, if she wanted to be a main pop girl, she could easily be one. I might be wrong, but I think she's pretty happy with being more of a "niche artist" while still having a solid fanbase rather than really being in the spotlight, especially with the kind of record deal she has and the freedom it gives her, as well as the rather intimate connection she has with her fans.

At same time she mentioned not long ago kinda "regretting" never getting a real Label deal because for her it's impossible to get Airplay across USA....

I think she really wanted to be a "big star" thing, also mentioning how she had "ideas for stage" etc but couldn't afford stuff but "maybe someday if she gets big\play arenas", something along these lines.

However I feel really proud of stuff she archieves through time from 2015 til today. I mean, she already toured over seas and over 3 continents with a really small budget, only 1 record and 1 ep out, some good music videos\visuals...

Wish she could get into a nice deal with some label tho. I don't know how they would get along because the concepts and everything might end up being "left on the second plan" while mainstream music takes the spotlight... Nothing that already kinda happened with CLX II but still

One day around 2014 I was listening to Sky and my brother just randomly walked into my room and asked who was singing and I replied "Sky Ferreira" (I think it was when I started to get obsessed) and he just blank stared and I was like "WTF bitch"

He went like "Sounds like a familiar name", later asked if she was a blonde girl with really long hair and at first I denied but then realized that yeah, she had really long blonde hair when younger and then he just freaked out like "OH MY GOD I KNOW THIS GIRL FROM MYSPACE I TALKED TO HER BEFORE WHAT IS THIS" and just logged like into his myspace after all these years but there was nothing but still he swears that they spoke over Myspace and he was just freaking out she had a full record out...

She is on a soundtrack for a Netflix original called Sierra Burgess Is A Loser. Leland & Bram Inscore are doing the score and Allie is contributing to it (we don’t know if it’s 1 song or more). I think that song ‘Boyfriend’ co-written by Troye that was registered last year may have to do with it.

I Liked the text, not anything new but it sound like the typical interview that would made some random people search a lil about her (Mentioning titles, the collabs form the record, the GRAMMY nom.  etc)

tsu vid im purely basing on the fact that shes holding off stems for *some* sort of future release.  it's so weird like it has to be because of that.

 

final unsolved's were never promised just implied afaik?  i still hold clx3 is probably going to tliv some of the unreleased tracks + finish some unsolved's + some new songs.  i personally think clx3 is a lot closer than we think.  im only worried her label is going to hold it back.

They weren't promised but we kinda thought that we could get it through the era tho (and even that "If many of you guys dislike the tracklist we maybe can do something about it" nnnn).

I used to think about that for TSU but it's more likely they already tried to push it into the radio and didn't work (?) since Paper Love just randomly got some Airplay.

She even promoted the song on TV already so I really don't know how I feel nnn

But with the recent teasing it's very likely she'll end up using Alexandra for CLX III  poor misbelieving

While listening to CLX II on the other day I remembered how we all agreed Paper Love snippet was one of the weakest songs and it turned to be the lead single

personally i think she should do vintage sometime this month (like around the 20th), tliv stems / xplanation / gif / acoustic in early march (around the 10th), and then thats so us stems with a video in late march and wrap up the whole era by april.  start clx3 in summer/fall and release it in winter 2018

Also my fellow sis I wanted to ask if any of you guys got the "Green Mint" vinyl for CLX II and how is it? like... is it worth ?  there are no videos about it on the internet I'm shook

This weekend found a national store selling the CLX I vinyl and it was on sale, paid something that would be next to 40 dollars (I guess) but I'm so happy that I finnnaaally got it. Made my heart light up with joy

I'll search around about CLX II and might just end up buying it outside and then shipping to my Brazil
