I think the acronyms were really annoying only because they came at a time when nothing was happening and that one random website said the release date was in February and we were all on edge. DATMIMBC was in retrospect a fun time and it did add some spice to the forums when nothing else was

To be fair, Lana doesn’t have a bad album. Even NFR has multiple career highlights, so I’m sure whatever she releases will be good. She said herself she likes it more than BB so I have faith

when his “from what I’ve heard” is just the Jack interview as far as I know, honeymouns has never heard songs early? I don’t remember him ever talking up upcoming songs unless he was quoting someone else

rideordie is eclipse NFR/COTCC/BB I would say are the ‘telling her story’ trilogy (hope, white dress, most of BB) and they’re all very singer/songwriter

That whole post was basically me quoting eclipse LFL is my top Lana album but it admittedly doesn’t belong with the BTD/UV/HM albums or the NFR/COTCC/BB albums To me it seems like a very obvious subtle hint. And BOZ knows it sounds good so he’s heard it and if eclipse can say for sure she’s definitely going in a new direction he’s probably heard some of the music too

I just realized eclipse spilled on a Wednesday, and he’s said before that’s when he gets his info, so maybe something behind the scenes is happening

I’m really hoping she’ll drop the digital album with vinyls later so, like you said, she is still into the work she’s releasing instead of being forced to sit on it in silence. I wanna say she is probably pretty far along, but she did also say earlier this month she didn’t know where the album was going, so I’m trying to not get my hopes up too much. BOZ did change his tune though from “idk when it’s coming but it’s coming” to “you really don’t have to wait too long” so I’m thinking they may have set a tentative date. Plus eclipse really seems to have heard it (since he can say she is ‘definitely’ going a different direction) so I’m thinking logically we’re months away at this point. I’m also pretty confident in the new direction since BOZ said it was ‘GOOD’ and he hasn’t really seemed to like anything she’s done this year

to be fair he did say she will ‘probably’ be entering a new trinity, becuase you’re right it’s near impossible to know for sure what she’s going to do long term.. but with her working on this album since October at the earliest (she said she had songs she loves on her 23rd livestream) and her comments earlier this months about liking this album more than BB, it’s very possible she’s got a game plan and framework for the next, next album (Jack did say she likes to start the second album before the first is even done)

With both our insiders spilling about the new music/direction (and BOZ saying we weren’t really going to have to wait that long for new music) I don’t think a January/February release is unrealistic

So BOZ says it’s good, eclipse says she’s definitely going in a new direction, and Lana herself said the new music is better than BB Are we winning?? It feels like we’re winning

Since nobody mentioned it, @111 spilled on ATRL last night and said Lana is entering a new trinity (BTD-UV-HM/ NFR-COTCC-BB) with this new album edit: “she is definitely going in a different direction and will probably start a new chapter of trinity lasting for a couple of years” is the quote

manifesting we get a vinyl but she digital drops first, that way she doesn’t have to sit on the album for 3 months waiting for production to finish up

Everything Father John Misty has been teasing for his album has been near perfect. The visuals remind me of what LFL started as and the instrumentals seem like a darker born to die/Honeymoon. If Lana were to ever go that direction it’d be a total collapse

I want Rick to shoot the album cover and I want her boyfriend to shoot the videos. Arcadia and Blue Banisters’ videos were simple but beautiful. Unless we’re being served total bops then I wouldn’t mind BRTHR returning. Chemtrails’ video was super trips and interesting while also maintaining a very Lana feel.

Someone on ATRL asked BOZ if the collab was FJM and he replied “what gave you that idea? (With a sass cat emoji similar to ) and the person replied about how FJM has an album coming out soon and has been teasing it and BOZ replied “interesting (with the same sassy cat emoji)” and a couple weeks later when asked if the rock Candy lyrics he teased was for the collab he replied “it’s not for his album” so while it hasn’t been officially announced as FJM, it’s the most likely option speaking of, I would like the LDRxNL album, the cover album, and BTIG
