I’m not concerned at all, she didn’t mention LMLYLAW until like 4PM when it was literally out in several countries I have a feeling coronavirus has maybe moved some releases to the UK time? Just a guess since several artists recently have released songs/music not according to US time, maybe some things have shifted.

i completely agree! Plus it’s more than just random singles, it’s a whole album would I have liked to jam to COTCC sep 5th like she said? Yes, 100%! But we just got an audiobook album/poetry book, buzz single for the album, and a whole new album coming in a little over a month! It’s strange to me that people aren’t more exited about this. Hopefully once COTCC releases and everyone who is annoyed/frustrated over everything happening currently, they’ll come back to this album. also, as an American, don’t take the ‘American classics’ so literally I probably haven’t heard any of the songs she’s covering and music (overall) doesn’t have a geographic location (patriotic/national pride songs aside, but that’s not what she’s covering) saying ‘American Classics’ is incredibly on brand for her, but shouldn’t be taken as literally as some are taking it

I’m completely positive she’s going to add (even if a slight) Lana twist to the songs she covers and make them her own. her best songs are the ones produced quickly without her sitting on them long
