It was very clear ever since NFR that this is a direction that she’s taking. You shouldn’t feel obliged to like or listen to her. I also don’t think you should be attacked for your opinions. What do you think this means for the metacritic score? edit: just checked that they gave the same score for HM, COCC and BB. Couldn’t see their review. So I guess we can’t really deduce anything from this. Their only criticism was the pastor pretty much. I fear that other critics will react the same way..

Agreed, title track is the full package. Complex symbolism, beautiful melodies, memorable chorus/hook, very self-aware. i really like A&W and the Grants too but the title track is very special
