BB sounded amazing and BOZ says it’s the worst… the other two must be amazing then. He always describes mid tempos as “cute ballads”. He made the same description for Julia Michaels’ new album and I don’t agree with that statement.

Sincerely, what annoys me the most is her posting a snippet of the song and video (which are clearly done) and she is unable to provide a date.

That pic is tragic in any possible way. She looks sunburnt and the angle is bad. I mean, picking a selfie for a studio album should be forbidden. And to get things worse when it’s a selfie from COCC era with the same hair shown in the video. I want to convince myself this is not the cover and she hasn’t lost her mind. Let’s wait until album pre-order.

The Rock Candy Sweet is a total mess. I don’t know what was the point of announcing that when she had Blue Banisters in mind from the beginning. I mean, she recorded the video of the lead single months ago. Anyway, I guess the album pre-order is coming when the single is released (based on NFR and COCC rollout). Things will be crystal clear by then.

Might this be released this week? I highly doubt Interscope has Billie and Lana with two lead singles in the same week, but who knows.

Any chances that the supposed album cover is not the real album cover and we get something decent related to this amazing visuals and beautiful album title? I will never forgive her if that’s the actual cover.

Sincerely, I don’t believe her. We know she is always on the works, but another album three months later? I hope that is not the album cover, but after the COCC one I expect anything from her.

ATRL (not everyond, but I’m seeing kinda negative stuff).

I knew the album would be dragged by “fans” but praised by the critic. I know it not her most easy-going album, and of course not very instant. But this is brilliant and one of her best projects. I don’t think she will ever top NFR!, but if she keeps releasing quality like this, I’m on it. NFR!, COCC and UV are her trinity.

Breaking Up Slowly is a cover? Since when?

If Honeymoon is her most hated album is because the melodies are the weakest ones of her career. I mean, even songs like Music To Watch Boys To or Freak, which are singles, have pretty weak melodies (they are good songs tho). Wild At Heart o COCC are much more accessible than anything on HM. Not to mention Tulsa or LMLYLAW.

What score are we predicting in MC? I’d say 83-84.
