Spoiler"So Long, London" sounds kinda like "The Archer" production wise. Which feels to me like "So Long, London" is what Lover-Taylor's worst fears are
-
I don't think we have production credits for any of the tracks yet tbh - just writer credits. Jack and Aaron could've both done multiple songs together
Spoilerand sonically, that's believable
-
-
People can drag this album on Twitter all they want - but it's far better than Lover and show's she's grown as an artist, and will continue to.

THERE IS A RIGHT ANSWER
folklore is a better album, evermore has better songs

Spoiler"Rusting my sparkling summer" is so poignant because that man literally ruined the best Taylor Summer ever. Like we could've had it all summer 2023 if it weren't for Matty

some users who are not at all big fans of Taylor are loving this album. The popcrave whatever it's called subReddit is also much more positive about this album than they were about Midnights.
If you thought Midnights was fine, you'll think TTPD is great to a masterpiece

Spoiler"Who's Afraid Of Little Old Me?" is soon going to be my most scrobbled song of all time I CANNOT stop listening to it

Fave Taylor Albums ATM (after listening to TTPD, minus the bonus tracks):
Spoiler1. Red
2. 1989
3. TTPD
4. folklore
5. Midnights
6. evermore
7. Speak Now
8. Reputation
9. Lover
10. Fearless
11. Debut
I may like TTPD more than 1989 in time. I def prefer it to both folklore and Midnights. It's boppier and more fun to listen to than folklore, and lyrically superior to Midnights.

Have you by chance heard the TEN MINUTE long song she wrote about a guy she dated for 10 weeks? -

Spotify will probably crash tomorrow night lol. Enjoy the album at 12:30am holier-than-thou Swifties. -

I paid for that album THREE MONTHS early. I’ll be damned if I don’t get to listen to it 30hrs early. -
the Swifties clutching their pearls over leaks are hilarious. Do they think Travis Kelce’s going to come and personally kiss them on the lips for their service?
they’d never survive for a second on LB lmao

I literally think it was just an Easter egg for fortnight being the single/mv lol -
This album is fucking me up and making me want to reach out to everyone I ever wronged
even slightly
-
SpoilerNo one can relate to “Who’s Afraid Of Little Old Me?” more than me 😭 I’m so in my feelings bc I feel like that song is about me/my faults/my general aloofness/how out of the touch I am/the cracks and crevices I’ve created for no good reason 😭😭😭

3 minutes ago, Fingertips said:The album is so good to me because it combines the summery 80's nostalgia of 1989, the folky ambiance & lyricism of folklore/evermore, the bedroom pop of Midnights, and the sonic variety of Red. It has a bit of everything for everyone. Although I can tell this will be a transition album for her, I'd consider it part of my top three from her catalog (with folklore and RED TV)
I missed you 🤧 -
I’m never shutting up about “Who’s Afraid Of Little Old Me?” I’m never shutting up about this song. Top 10 Taylor songs (and not #10)

I feel like "Who's Afraid Of Little Old Me?" is partly and indirectly about the Matty situation. I bet she made him sign a bunch of NDAs, he went off on her, "who's afraid of little old me?" was born
