When she delays the album to write and record Salvatore part 2, 3, 4 and 5 I get what people are saying that they want this record to not come for a while so she can experience more things that inspire her to write about but (as someone already said) she's always writing (I'm sure she has A LOT of voice memos of melodies and lines that came to her head at random times) so if these trips to Italy and NY (and the Bahamas ) are inspiring her we'll get the songs eventually, maybe for LDR11. I think Ben (or was it Jack?) said that she always has the next record in mind while working on the current one. I'm so excited for the next era, we know nothing but I have a feeling it's going to be big (or maybe it's just the collective delusion of LB entering my brain

I was just going to say this. Lana is in Italy and that means Honeymoon 2 incoming I wonder if she's on holiday cause she finished the new record or cause she's just taking a (deserved) break

He got WCE right (the title and the sound of it). He also said something about "the end of Lana Del Rey" and a couple of days later she uploaded the video talking about closing all her social media Everything else he said was wrong tho

Maybe he means chapter IV as in the 4th day of shoot (or 4th location). They did the whole BB photoshoot + MV and we had no idea about it until Lana posted the BB cover so they could have been working since last year and we would be clueless about it. I feel like he wouldn't be acting so mysterious if it wasn't someone big so I don't think it's a random shoot for some model or whatever (but that doesn't mean it's Lana obviously ) He probably saw Rob in the studio teasing everyday and wanted to participate too

I was so sure it was almost done... until she allegedly said that she was excited for what she was working on which made it sound like it was far from done (unless she didn't say that at all cause we have no confirmation other than a tweet from the guy who met her in NY). I've been also thinking about TapMusic reposting the Peach Fuzz selfie cause from what I've seen they don't post their artists IG posts unless it's a single/album announcement or tour/festival stuff so for them to upload that random Lana selfie... maybe it means something or maybe they just wanted to create hype among Lana stans (even though we already hype ourselves with the minimum )

I was trying to find what's (in my opinion) each Lana album's nexus song (like tracks that are reminiscent about the previous record or hint about the sound of the next one) and I determined UV is her most different album in her (released) discography cause I can't link anything from there BTD - Cola - Paradise - (?) - UV - (?) - HM - Heroin - LFL - Change - NFR - HIADT - Chemtrails - LMLYLAW - BB The last albums were also "hard" cause I think ever since she released Change she made clear her partial transition into a more singer songwriter style so it was all a continuous change instead of a bigger jump in sound. As for the future... I hope we get another UV situation where it's something completely different. If it's a more gradual evolution I hope she picks up on the chaotic side of BB instead of just the confessional stuff. I also really liked her sampling Enio's music cause it set a nice vibe for a couple of songs.

It really makes sense. She knew she could release Chemtrails and BB on the lowkey side and they wouldn't make her go all out with the promo because of the pandemic. It was kinda her break from the public eye and even the music reflected that being more retrospective and with a feel of isolation. I just know she's coming in full force for the next one

So I guess the album is not coming as soon as I thought then... unless she's talking about LDR10 I hope we get the W Mag soon so we can get actual news about what's next

In a dream world she would announce the album or a lead single in June with the W Magazine cover and interview coming in July giving details about the new record I'm not getting my hopes up cause the magazine could be further than we think and not even be music related but at least we have almost decisive evidence that something is coming

So I guess we are one step closer to confirming the W Magazine cover then?
