I think he said all the songs were done between late 2021 to mid 2022 when they asked him about any possible outtake on the album. It would also make sense considering the photoshoot was done last summer and he got the album in October

The tracklist is still so funny to me like Side A is standard Lana but then it starts getting weird with the 2 almost in a row interludes and continues with stuff like Fishtail and Peppers And not to mention the closing track being called fucking Taco Truck (x VB) It's like a fever dream where nothing makes sense apparently but I know it's not going to disappoint

I get what you're saying but I kinda love the musical theater vocals but yeah they could have compressed them a tiny bit

All the complaints I've seen about Beautiful are because of either lyrics, melody, vocals and/or mixing and Drew had probably 0% to do with that The twinkling piano notes are actually the best part of the song and I say that as someone who doesn't hate Beautiful as much as the majority here I'm really excited for his work on the upcoming record cause Arcadia's horns and the whole IYLDWM are highlights in my opinion I think he'll work even better with more instruments/an orchestra so I have high hopes

100% agree. What makes Honeymoon so amazing (in my opinion at least) other than the songs being good on their own is that it feels like a journey and none of the songs take you out. Even HBTB which is the most different one ties it in together with the amazing vocals and layers at the end I'm not really worried about cohesion on Did you know... tho cause I kinda miss chaos too and I don't see it straying too far from her newer sound anyway and just the fact that it's all new material makes it cohesive enough for me
