We'll get crumbs of AKA eventually. She already released Yayo and that PSB video I'm sure she has at least another couple of songs there she'll want to revisit but there's no way she re-releases the whole thing

We have the writing credits and there are no covers on the album this time

I mean I've been a fan since 2012 and I still think it sounds similar to BB but not in a bad way. It reminds me of IYLDWM and Thunder in the sense that they have a calmer start with the piano and keep building throughout the song. I think it's a nice transition between BB and what's to come I'm a firm believer that none of her albums sound the same but there are particular songs that reminisce of other records and that's completely fine (and I love it cause I'm nostalgic and I loved BB). I do think this new one is the superior track tho

The first fingertips snippet really sound just like a voice memo. The second one has better vocals (and I'd be shocked if those are from a voice memo too cause they sound professionally recorded) but I don't think it's the final version either I'm really curious about that song cause the process behind it sounds like a wild ride since Lana referenced twice already (in the w magazine and in the letter she posted yesterday)

I hope we get a couple of new pictures for each single like the DIK (song) ones. They are really different from the album ones and it would be a nice way of completing an already amazing photoshoot. White Dress had a single cover and we already had the album one so maybe there's hope

I can see her dropping another song around mid January and another right before the album but I don't think we're getting one every month (unless she releases two songs at the same time next year)

Probably... all of her songs with him in the past 3 albums are either old or from the early stages of NFR (Bartender, HIAB...). I hope they work together in the future cause he's great

I love WCE and I wouldn't have minded if she used it for her album instead of Euphoria. Obviously now that it's out it has no reason to be on the album and I prefer it that way cause more space for new songs but sonically I love it and it has a similar vibe to the title track

I think LMLYLAW and DYK were good choices of first songs to release. I loved how LMLYLAW sounded like NFR and this one is reminiscent of BB. I love sudden jumps like BTD-UV-HM but I also find smooth and gradual progressions really satisfying I think the album is going to be varied enough that people who loved and people who hated BB will be equally happy with the result

I wonder if the lyrics we got were from fingertips and she changed the opener to The Grants or if it was from The Grants the whole time. The lyrics about "get your attention for a minute or two" make a lot of sense for an opener

It makes sense if AW&J means American Whore & Jack... What doesn't make sense is the acronym she chose

So I assume that including Jon Batiste and Bleachers on the collaborators part means they are also singing on (some of) their tracks Jon has a lovely voice but I couldn't care less about Jack's (his voice is nice but it's just the basic indie rock singer voice that I'm not that excited about) so I hope he gets snowonthebeach-ed. Sorry Jack

I'm still curious about the other photoshoot (single cover and the other similar picture). It's giving me VB/HIAB MV so maybe they filmed a cute simple video? But I think she would have released it already... I don't mind not getting big MVs (even though I'd love it) but I'd like at least some visuals even if it's just a bts of the shoot(s). Maybe Mike filmed her on the swing again
