I'm so curious to see their approach of LDR9s promo without her official accounts... I guess they'll just roll ads on social media or whatever but still I have hopes of them reopening the accounts even if they are just managed by her team

In 2018 we got MAC and VB. In 2020 we got... LMLYLAW and Qftc. And this year we got WCE and Buddy’s Rendezvous. It's hard picking But yeah the fact that we know an album is coming without all the fake dates and stuff from other eras will make the wait worth even if this year was a slow one

My exact thoughts... except the fact that this week's post is going to be the Thanksgiving one

I prefer cohesive albums but LFL has almost the same producers throughout and it's a bit all over the place I think an album with different producers can work if you use their strengths instead of trying to do the same thing with different people... so I have good feelings about LDR9 Bring the horns and the orchestra Drew

Drew Erickson and Jack Antonoff are the only confirmed ones. There's also that Ian guy but I think we couldn't find who he was so maybe he's not a producer but some music engineer from their teams? Jon Batiste could also be a producer but we still don't know his actual contribution to the album... but he's semiconfirmed too. Rick hinted about being on the album (maybe in the form of an outtake/unreleased). Then we have just speculation of Zach coming back (for a new song or another TLSP outtake) and Gabe Simons since they worked together in the last album (and the Summertime cover)

Yeah if something is coming this year she's definetly releasing this coming week cause after that point is holiday season only There's Christmas music everywhere already At least the wait between stuff will be short if it all starts next year tho... but I still want a little taste

She should do a triple album each with one of these aesthetics cause they are all amazing

Big Eyes, Wait For Life and Stargirl. I like I Can Fly almost as much as Big Eyes but I'm not that much into the chorus so I prefer Big Eyes as a whole

I still wonder why the joint album isn't coming anytime soon... maybe it's cause Nikki just released her own and Lana is releasing soon too but she almost worded it like it wasn't coming at all

The orchids and the other Neil flowers in that dark backyard (?) are reminding me a lot of the MTWBT video. Specially those scenes where she's lying down in the weird garden with the spinning gramphones. No color album + flowers is basically the MTWBT MV now that I think about it

Pink orchids always fascinated me

I don't hate Beautiful as much as the majority here but I'd rather take a new meh song with parts I like than a song I can already hear elsewhere (unless it's a new version which I'd gladly take). That said, while I prefer new songs I don't blame Lana for putting old songs on her albums since she still wrote and recorded those songs and we only know them cause they were stolen from her I don't think we're getting any unreleased song on LDR9 tho, maybe a recent outtake like LYTAN but that's it

I honestly think he's doing damage control now you don't go from having Cult Leader, BB and WCE early to "knowing the same as us" Maybe he was indeed joking with boz and the acronym but he's just backtracking now that people realized. But yeah let's move on to another thing. We need to discover the flower

I'm going mad looking for it I even used a book I have for identifying species but since I'd need to have the whole plant in my hands for counting stuff like "number of stamens" it's not really useful

Orchids (and whatever that red/pink flower from the teasers is). It looks from the rose family but I'm not sure

Regarding the vinyl thing I don't really care abour colors... maybe 2 variants (standard black and another) but that's it... I prefer different covers since that's what I'd be looking at 90% of the time

I'm sorry but boz is a drama queen. "Obsessed and psychotic" cause people followed his friend and asked him about Lana is a stretch Maybe there's something else we're not aware of but I don't think it's that deep if all that happened was what we know of

I just read the boz tweet and while I get it... here comes an unpopular opinion: If you have a public twitter account and you interact with a known insider to write another acronym... you're kinda putting attention on yourself. And I don't think following someone on twitter or asking is really harassment... it's not like people are outside his house waiting for him to come out public twitter accounts are public for a reason. But now that he went private I'd say we just stop messing around and stop posting his tweets since he doesn't want them to be out there even if they are not Lana related

He's probably trying to deflect the attention now... and boz is probably acting like Ben to him now
